浅析现代绿色办公—空间营造与环境优化

【摘要】：在现代社会中,办公在人们生活中占据的比重越来越大,成为生活中不可分割的一部分。随着信息技术和互联网技术的迅速发展,人们办公方式随之转变,对办公场所的要求也越来越高。选择办公空间作为研究的对象,是因为随着现代科技的迅速发展,在新理念、新技术、新材料的影响下,办公活动的内涵和外延再次得到扩张,办公环境向着更健康、智能的方向发展。如今,办公空间除了要满足人们生理与心理上的满足,还要遵循“以人为本”的设计理念,在满足基本的办公功能外,将会议、餐饮、娱乐、健身、休憩等功能与之相结合,满足现代社会人们多样化的办公需求。同时随着绿色环保理念的提出,办公方式和办公环境的发展呈现出生态化、智能化、复合化的发展趋势,以适应日新月异的现代社会。这些都在逐渐改变着我们传统的办公生活习惯,而上述变化都使得现代绿色办公空间的研究更具有典型意义。 本文在对现代绿色办公空间进行全面深入的了解分析后,先从设计方面入手,研究与如何营造健康舒适、节能高效的办公空间环境相关的内容。同时,对相关的施工标准和规范进行归纳,总结出绿色工程施工的高标准,并与绿色设计结合起来更好的辅助设计,以达到与实际工程相结合打造合格的现代绿色办公空间环境的目的。而后对国内外成功案例和实践案例比较分析,总结出目前现代绿色办公空间设计和施工过程中存在的进步与不足,为今后我国现代绿色办公环境的研究提供一定的参考依据。 本论文共分八个章节。第一、二章通过相关概念界定明确研究内容与研究范围,通过分析国内外研究现状和和有关学科的原理,研究总结了现代办公发展的历史渊源与空间体现,为后文现代绿色办公空间环境研究提供理论基础。 第三章先对现代办公空间的平面构成与组织结构进行分析,而后从现代办公设计要求、氛围营造等方面研究办公空间的营造方法。 第四章是通过高效节能的设计手法、绿色材料及相关绿色技术方面对绿色办公环境的优化研究进行阐述。 第五章则是从装修工程的角度入手,在通过详细了解与现代绿色办公有关的行业规范的前提下,了解并分析现代施工的高标准及施工与设计对接方面的问题,从而更好的辅助设计,通过工程技术手段配合设计从而营造出更加符合现代绿色要求的办公空间环境。 第六章通过对国内外优秀案例的分析,总结了目前现代绿色办公空间设计和工程技术的实现与发展方向。 第七章则通过实践案例的分析,把握该工程从设计到施工到完成及工程验收的每个环节,总结该工程在绿色环境塑造方面的运用与不足,可以给理论研究方面提供更加真实、有用的研究依据,进而指导理论的研究。 第八章,对上述章节进行归纳总结并得出研究结论。

After a thorough understanding and analysis of the modern green office space, this paper begins with the design, and studies the contents related to how to create a healthy, comfortable, energy efficient office space environment. At the same time, the related construction standards and codes are summarized, and the high standards of green engineering construction are summed up, and combined with green design better auxiliary design, In order to achieve the purpose of combining with the actual project to create a qualified modern green office space environment. Then, through the comparative analysis of successful cases and practical cases at home and abroad, the paper summarizes the progress and shortcomings in the design and construction of modern green office space, which provides a certain reference for the future study of modern green office environment in China.
