面向城市独居老人的智能居家养老交互系统设计研究

【摘要】:随着第一代独生子女的父母迈入老年行列,,子女成人后相继离开家庭,形成父母独守空巢的特点,而随着时间的推移,空巢老人渐渐步入丧偶独居的状态,独居老人养老问题成为难点,他们不仅要面对生理上老化所带来的困扰,还要面对独居造成的生活不便以及心理孤寂。居家养老是我国的传统文化,也是大多数老人的夙愿。新型物联网技术的发展,为居家养老指引新的方向,既满足独居老人居家养老独立性、安全性需求,又可以实现亲情远程互动,是符合家庭结构转变、筵席传统“孝”文化的居家养老新模式。在此背景下,本课题旨在通过以用户为导向的设计研究方法探索城市独居老人的真实居家养老诉求,以交互系统设计的方法思考未来10年城市独居老人的智能居家养老系统的设计解决方案。 通过收集、整理相关资料,对城市独居老人生理心理需求、基本生活现状,以及影响其居家养老满意度的因素进行分析,探讨目前最适合城市独居老人的智能居家养老模式。以太原、武汉两个城市展开实地调研,通过对三类人群(现城市独居老人群体、未来10年独居老人群体、独居老人子女)展开深入访谈观察,总结出其特有生理心理需求、科技产品接受使用水平以及子女赡养诉求,探讨独居老人期望的居家养老生活与现实状态之间的矛盾并探讨其原因,从而分析设计机会点。进一步从交互系统设计的角度,从物质、行为、精神三个维度探讨智能居家养老系统的和谐,并提出面向城市独居老人的智能居家养老交互系统设计的八项具体原则。并基于情景故事法交互系统设计模型(包含包括宏观情境探讨、建立人物角色故事情境、角色诉求及概念发展、构想整合及视觉呈现四个阶段)。将设计策略运用到具体设计实践中,对研究成果进行验证。 智能居家养老系统的价值不仅体现在能够满足城市独居老人对居家养老独立性、安全性的需求,同时满足其在心理慰藉方面的需求,实现远程情感互动,通过对交互系统的参与性,实现老有所用、老有所乐的最高养老目标,使独居老人的居家养老生活达到理想状态。
[Abstract]:As the parents of the first generation of only children step into the ranks of old age, the children leave their families one after another after adults, forming the characteristics of parents keeping empty nests alone. As time goes on, empty nesters gradually step into the state of widowhood living alone. The problem of living alone for the aged has become a difficult point. They have to face not only the troubles brought about by physical aging, but also the inconvenience of living alone and the loneliness of psychology. Home pension is the traditional culture of our country, but also the long-cherished wish of most old people. The development of the new technology of Internet of things can guide the new direction for the aged at home. It not only meets the independence and security needs of the elderly living alone, but also realizes the long-distance interaction between family and family, which is in line with the transformation of the family structure. The New pattern of "filial piety" Culture of Feast at Home for the aged. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to explore the real demand of the elderly living alone in the city by means of the user-oriented design research method. The design solution of intelligent home pension system for the elderly living alone in the city in the next 10 years is considered by the method of interactive system design. Through collecting and sorting out the relevant data, this paper analyzes the physiological and psychological needs, basic living conditions and the factors affecting the satisfaction of the elderly living at home in the city, and probes into the intelligent home pension model which is most suitable for the elderly living alone in the city at present. Based on the field investigation in two cities of Taiyuan and Wuhan, this paper summarizes the special physiological and psychological needs of three groups of people (the elderly group living alone in the city, the elderly group living alone in the next 10 years, the children of the elderly living alone). The scientific and technological products accept the level of use and the demand of child support, discuss the contradiction between the expectation of the old people living alone and the realistic state, and probe into the reasons, so as to analyze the point of the design opportunity. From the point of view of interactive system design, this paper discusses the harmony of intelligent home pension system from the three dimensions of material, behavior and spirit, and puts forward eight concrete principles for the design of intelligent home pension interaction system for the elderly living alone in the city. The design model of interactive system based on situational story method includes four stages: macroscopic situation discussion, establishment of character story situation, role demand and concept development, conception integration and visual presentation. The design strategy is applied to the design practice, and the research results are verified. The value of intelligent home pension system is not only to meet the needs of the elderly living alone for the independence and security of the home pension, but also to meet the needs of psychological comfort, so as to realize the remote emotional interaction. Through the participation of the interactive system, we can realize the highest goal of old age which is useful and happy, and make the old people living alone at home to live in an ideal state for the aged.
