天津周大福金融中心钢管混凝土柱交叉节点试验研究与分析

【摘要】：钢管混凝土柱以其独特的优势已在工程中广泛应用。以工程中使用的巨型钢管混凝土柱交叉节点为对象进行试验研究,考察节点在设计荷载作用下的变形情况、节点区的破坏发展过程及节点的承载能力、破坏形态等。试验研究表明:该节点具有较高的承载能力,达到设计要求的2倍以上;破坏发生在柱端,破坏时节点区域完好。最后针对施工给出部分建议。
[Abstract]:Concrete-filled steel tubular columns have been widely used in engineering because of their unique advantages. Taking the giant concrete-filled steel tubular column cross joint used in the project as the object, the deformation of the joint under the design load, the failure development process of the joint area, the bearing capacity of the joint, the failure form and so on are investigated. The experimental results show that the joint has a high bearing capacity, which meets the design requirements of more than 2 times, and the failure occurs at the end of the column and the node area is in good condition. Finally, some suggestions are given for construction.
