西欧国家党建智库及其建设经验述论——以英、法、德三国为例

【摘要】：党建智库是西欧国家各主流政党加强政党建设、制定竞选施政纲领、推动政党改革、实现政党现代化的重要智力支撑。在英、法、德三国,党建智库的历史源远流长,建制相对独立,具有鲜明的党派属性、成熟的组织管理体制和完善的运行机制,在智力资源开发、资金筹集管理、人才队伍建设、成果推广转化、机构考核评估、国际合作交流等方面积累了丰富的经验,其对我国党建智库建设具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The party building think tank is an important intellectual support for each mainstream political party in Western European countries to strengthen the party construction, formulate the campaign policy agenda, promote the political party reform and realize the modernization of the political party. In Britain, France and Germany, the party building think tanks have a long history, have relatively independent institutions, have distinct party attributes, mature organizational management systems and perfect operational mechanisms, and in the development of intellectual resources and the management of funds, Rich experience has been accumulated in the construction of talent team, the popularization and transformation of achievements, the evaluation of institutions and the international cooperation and exchange, which is of great significance to the construction of the Party building think-tank in China.
