新形势下推动中国特色新型智库建设研究——以河北省智库建设为例

【摘要】：随着当代社会的快速发展,体现一个国家及其企业软实力的重要组成部分就是智库的发展。目前中国正处于经济转型期和全面深化改革的攻坚期。在新形势下,要建设优秀的智库系统就要注重法制建设、信息资源共享建设、高校智库建设以及智库人才队伍建设。随着京津冀一体化协同发展战略的推进,河北省吸引了越来越多的大批优秀人才的青睐。本研究着力于推动河北省智库建设,服务于河北省省委、省政府的决策部门,进而为如何建设中国特色新型智库提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of contemporary society, the development of think-tank is the important component of a country and its enterprise soft power. At present, China is in the period of economic transformation and comprehensive deepening of reform. In the new situation, to build an excellent think-tank system, we must pay attention to the construction of the legal system, the construction of information resource sharing, the construction of the university think tank and the construction of the talent team of the think-tank. With the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Hebei Province attracts more and more talents. This study focuses on promoting the construction of Hebei think tank, serving the decision-making departments of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and provincial government, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to build a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics.
