基于参与性的自闭症儿童康复教育产品设计研究

【摘要】:我国的自闭症儿童的比例越来越大,大约100个孩子中就会出现1个自闭症儿童,他们不愿意和他人交流,别人也无法理解他们的行为,这已经严重影响了自己和家庭的正常生活。现在自闭症的发病原因尚不明确,多采用康复教育为主,药物为辅的治疗方法,因此,对于自闭症来说,早期的康复教育治疗十分重要。现有的自闭症儿童康复教育产品存在需求大,市场空白的现象,虽然有少数为自闭症儿童设计的产品,但针对性并不强,而且多以技能训练为主,比较少考虑到自闭症儿童和康复教育人员的参与性人际互动关系的研究。本文通过对自闭症儿童的生理特征、社会表现和心理理论方面的资料进行分析总结,对现有的自闭症儿童康复教育产品和康复教育法进行研究,为最终的设计实践提供了理论参考;通过对自闭症儿童、康复教育教师和家长的需求进行调研,提出了将参与性引入到自闭症儿童康复教育产品设计中的思想,并对参与性的相关概念和理论进行了深入分析,提出了多角色平等参与、阶段式多层次参与、设置有趣的障碍物、模仿孩子等设计策略,并通过设计实践进行了验证。将参与性引入到自闭症儿童产品的设计中,更有助于自闭症儿童打破自己现有的系统,接受新的知识和技能,转化无组织的行为为有组织的行为,提高自闭症儿童感统、情绪控制、认知和社会交往等多方面的综合能力,也更易于其他康复教育辅助人员在过程中进行引导和协作。
[Abstract]:There are more and more autistic children in our country, about one in 100 children with autism, they don't want to communicate with others, and they can't understand their behavior.This has seriously affected the normal life of themselves and their families.At present, the cause of autism is not clear. Rehabilitation education is mainly used, and drugs are used as auxiliary treatment. Therefore, early rehabilitation education therapy is very important for autism.The existing rehabilitation education products for autistic children have a large demand and a blank market. Although there are a few products designed for autistic children, their pertinence is not strong, and most of them focus on skills training.Less research has taken into account participatory interpersonal interactions between autistic children and rehabilitation educators.In this paper, the physical characteristics, social performance and psychological theory of autistic children are analyzed and summarized, and the existing rehabilitation education products and rehabilitation education methods for autistic children are studied.Through the research on the needs of autistic children, rehabilitation education teachers and parents, this paper puts forward the idea of introducing participation into the design of rehabilitation education products for autistic children.The related concepts and theories of participation are deeply analyzed, and the design strategies of multi-role equal participation, multi-stage multi-level participation, setting up interesting obstacles and imitating children are put forward, which are verified by design practice.The introduction of participation into the design of autistic children's products can help autistic children break through their existing systems, accept new knowledge and skills, transform unorganized behaviour into organized behaviour, and promote awareness among autistic children.The comprehensive ability of emotion control, cognition and social communication is also easier for other rehabilitation education assistants to guide and cooperate in the process.
