【摘要】：非传统公共图书馆是指由非政府团体、企业或个人举办，向全社会开放，主要服务于特定的区域、组织或群体的图书馆。非传统公共图书馆的实体通常包括社区图书馆、大学城图书馆、工业园区图书馆，它作为公共图书馆事业的重要组成部分，，在经济和社会发展过程中，同传统公共图书馆一样承担着保存人类文化遗产、提供信息知识服务、开展社会教育、进行文化娱乐导航等社会职能。由于非传统公共图书馆在资金投入、资源建设、管理机制、服务范围以及服务内容等方面与传统公共图书馆有着显著区别，其理论基础也应该做出相应的改变。非传统公共图书馆的理论需要从基础学科中汲取基本原理和研究方法，作为生长和发展的资源，并将它们用于非传统公共图书馆的理论与实践中，从而构建一个比较成熟、完善的非传统公共图书馆理论体系。本研究所考察的非传统公共图书馆的理论基础领域主要包括哲学、社会学、公共管理学等基础学科的理论。论文共分六章，第一章介绍了选题背景、国内外对于非传统公共图书馆的研究现状、意义和论文的创新点。第二章简略阐述了非传统公共图书馆的涵义界定和其理论基础的来源。第三章从管理学视角，分别阐述准公共物品理论和新公共管理理论对于非传统公共图书馆的理论基础作用。第四章，从经济社会学视角，阐述社会资本理论的理论基础作用。第五章则从横断科学的视角，阐述了系统论和信息资源共建共享理论的理论基础作用。第六章，结论与展望。
[Abstract]:Non traditional public library refers to by non-governmental organizations, enterprises or individuals held open to the whole society, mainly used in a particular area, organization or group library. Non traditional public library entities usually include community library, University Library, industrial park library, as an important part of the public library, in the economic and social development process, with the traditional public library undertaking as preservation of human cultural heritage, to provide information knowledge service, developing social education, cultural entertainment navigation and other social functions.
Due to the non traditional public library in the capital investment, resource construction, management mechanism, service range and service content and traditional public libraries have significant difference, its theoretical basis should also make corresponding changes. Non traditional public libraries need to learn the basic theory and principle research methods from the basic disciplines, as growth and development the resources, and apply them to the theory and practice of non traditional public libraries, in order to build a mature and perfect non traditional public library system. This study investigated the non traditional public library basic theory includes philosophy, sociology, theory of public management and other basic disciplines.
This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the background, research status at home and abroad for the non traditional public library, the significance and the innovation of this thesis. The second chapter briefly describes the sources of non traditional public library definition and its theoretical basis. The third chapter from the management perspective, describes the theory of quasi public goods and the new public management theory for the theoretical foundation of non traditional public library. In the fourth chapter, from the view of economic sociology, on the theoretical basis of social capital theory. The fifth chapter from the perspective of cross science, system theory and information resources sharing theory. The sixth chapter, conclusion and prospect.
