公共危机中大众传媒的角色研究

【摘要】：党的十八大指出，创新社会治理，必须着眼于维护最广大人民的根本利益，最大限度增加和谐因素，增强社会发展活力，提高社会治理水平，维护国家安全，确保人民安居乐业、社会安定有序。对于公共危机的处理是体现社会治理水平的一个重要标尺。近些年来,大众传媒在人们的生活中发挥了越来越大的作用,在突发公共危机中，面对多元化的信息传播渠道，大众传媒首当其冲的使命就是及时和有针对性地发布政府提供的正确信息、说明实情，牢牢把握危机传播的主动权，为构建和谐社会起到保障社会稳定、安定民心的“安全阀”和“稳压器”的作用。同时，关于新闻价值与新闻伦理的讨论也从未停止，带给业界与学界许多思考。这篇论文以大众媒体为研究对象，在对我国公共危机传播的历史回顾与现状分析的基础上，深入分析探讨了当前我国大众传媒的公共危机报道的角色特点及其作用以及公共危机中大众传媒角色扮演错位的原因，哪些因素影响媒体对公共危机的报道，，并提出了公共危机中大众传媒角色适当适时扮演的对策，希望本文的研究能对我国今后的公共危机新闻报道提供一些借鉴，从而减少公共管理的不必要成本和损耗，抵制谣言，形成社会合力、张扬民族精神、弘扬科学态度，促进社会和谐。
[Abstract]:The 18 Party Congress pointed out that to innovate social governance, we must focus on safeguarding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people, maximize harmonious factors, enhance the vitality of social development, improve the level of social governance, and safeguard national security. In recent years, mass media have played a more and more important role in people's life. In the sudden public crisis, in the face of diversified channels of information dissemination, the first mission of mass media is to timely and pertinently release the correct information provided by the government to explain the facts. Firmly grasp the initiative of crisis transmission, for the construction of a harmonious society to play a social stability, stability of the people's heart of the "safety valve" and "voltage regulator." at the same time. The discussion on the value of news and the ethics of news has never stopped and brought many thoughts to the industry and academic circles. This paper focuses on the mass media as the object of study. On the basis of the historical review and analysis of the current situation of public crisis communication in China. This paper deeply analyzes the role of the mass media in the public crisis reporting in China and its role, the causes of the mismatch of the mass media role in the public crisis, and the factors that affect the media reporting on the public crisis. And put forward the public crisis in the role of the mass media to play the appropriate timely countermeasures, hope that this study can provide some reference for our future public crisis news reports. In order to reduce the unnecessary cost and loss of public administration, resist rumors, form social cooperation, promote national spirit, carry forward scientific attitude and promote social harmony.
