新公共管理理论下文档工作革新的思考

【摘要】：正20世纪80年代以来,随着西方新公共管理理论的发展以及我国对新公共管理理论研究的深入,新公共管理运动对传统管理体制以及现代文档工作都产生了深远的影响。新公共管理运动要求对文档工作进行改革,以更有效率的管理方法指导文档工作的开展,发挥文档工作的社会价值。分析这一新型的管理模式,有助于为文书档案工作更好地开展指明方向。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, with the development of the western new public management theory and the in-depth study of the new public management theory in China. The new public management movement has a profound impact on the traditional management system as well as the modern document work. The new public management movement requires the reform of the document work. Using more efficient management methods to guide the development of document work and to give full play to the social value of document work. The analysis of this new management mode will help to point out the direction for the better development of the document and archives work.
