领导者该如何把握人情世故与公平正义的边界

【摘要】：正中国传统社会的为人处世之道不仅关注于规则之下的言行举止,更关注于礼尚往来的情感沟通,熟人社会、关系社会、人情社会的形成正是源于儒家传统伦理思想的根深蒂固和小农生活方式的潜移默化。领导者作为社会的一分子,反哺父母、感恩师长、庇护亲友乃人之常情,但由于其手握更大的权力,掌握着更多的公共资源,在面对人情世故与公平正义时如何正确把握两者的边界,将直接关乎领导者个人的领导艺术与整个国家法治社会建设的推进。
[Abstract]:As a member of society , it is a common condition for the people to grasp the boundaries of both parents , grateful teachers and relatives and friends , but because they hold more power and grasp the boundaries of the two , they will directly relate to the leadership art of the leaders and the advancement of the whole country ' s rule of law society .
