【摘要】：空间规划已成为我国深化规划体制改革创新的重要抓手。基于对空间规划战略属性和行动属性的理解,结合珠三角全域空间规划的开展,对战略与行动相结合的空间规划方法进行了探索,并提出了推进珠三角世界级城市群建设的四大战略和五项行动。
[Abstract]:Spatial planning has become an important hand in deepening the reform and innovation of planning system in China. Based on the understanding of strategic attribute and action attribute of spatial planning, combined with the development of global spatial planning in the Pearl River Delta, This paper probes into the spatial planning method of combining strategy with action, and puts forward four strategies and five actions to promote the construction of world class urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta.
