云南大学附属中学构建SRP系统研究

【摘要】：随着人类向信息时代的大步迈进,我们的生活已经离不开网络和信息。高等教育院校数字化的进步和发展,也对基础教育产生了深远影响。国人对优质基础教育资源的追求和优质教育资源的稀缺矛盾越来越突出。重点中学的发展壮大成为必然的趋势。随之带来的就是中学管理难度的加大、从业教师压力的激增、家长要求的提高、学生学习的环境改善等一系列的问题。文章首先总结了国内外相关建设的理论和实践的研究成果,确立了研究的理论基础。其次,通过相似系统的对比研究,对SRP系统的概念进行了阐述,明确了研究论题的基本概念。再次,结合云大附中的发展现状,在肯定了现行管理工作取得的成效的基础上,分析了发展过程中暴露出来的一些问题,探索了建设该平台的必要性。然后,进行了在云大附中建立SRP系统的可行性进行了研究讨论。进一步,从公共管理理论的基础上,基于创建服务型教育平台的基本理念,进行了对策研究,设计出云大附中SRP系统的基本构架并讨论了建立系统的实施方案。最后对在云大附中构建SRP系统的思想进行了总结和展望。构成了提出问题、分析问题、研究解决必要性和可行性、具体到如何解决问题的基本论述结构。研究认为：在云大附中建立SRP系统是有必要的。它不是简单的信息技术产品,它是基于公共管理框架下公共服务对重点中学管理流程转变的一种积极尝试,信息技术手段的应用最终是为广大师生服务、为公共管理服务、为社会服务的。
[Abstract]:With the great progress of mankind to the information age, our life has been inseparable from the network and information. The progress and development of digitalization of higher education also has a profound impact on basic education. The contradiction between the pursuit of high-quality basic education resources and the scarcity of high-quality education resources is more and more prominent. The development of key middle schools has become an inevitable trend. It brings a series of problems, such as increasing the difficulty of middle school management, increasing the pressure of teachers, raising the requirements of parents, improving the learning environment of students and so on. This paper first summarizes the theoretical and practical research results of related construction at home and abroad, and establishes the theoretical basis of the research. Secondly, through the comparative study of similar systems, the concept of SRP system is expounded, and the basic concept of the research topic is clarified. Thirdly, on the basis of affirming the achievements of the current management work, this paper analyzes some problems exposed in the development process and explores the necessity of building the platform. Then, the feasibility of establishing SRP system in Yunda Middle School is studied and discussed. Furthermore, based on the theory of public management and the basic idea of creating a service-oriented education platform, this paper studies the countermeasures, designs the basic framework of the SRP system of Yunda affiliated Middle School, and discusses the implementation scheme of the system. Finally, the idea of constructing SRP system in Yunda Middle School is summarized and prospected. It constitutes the basic structure of how to solve the problem, to propose the problem, to analyze the problem, to study the necessity and feasibility of solving the problem. It is considered that it is necessary to establish SRP system in Yunda Middle School. It is not a simple product of information technology. It is an active attempt to change the management process of key middle schools based on public service under the framework of public management. The application of information technology means is ultimately to serve teachers and students, and to serve public administration. Serving society.
