环鄱阳湖城镇群经济联系的空间结构研究

【摘要】：鄱阳湖生态经济区是江西省经济社会发展的一个战略新支点,对于这个新生城镇群,研究其内外部经济联系空间结构有利于了解经济区各城镇经济联系等级结构,对城市流强度的考察有助于把握城镇群间产业联系结构,从空间联系和功能联系两个方面对经济联系进行全面的分析,弄清其内外部经济联系状况,将是对城市群经济联系理论的一个有力补充,也会从一个全新和更具体化的视角对江西和赣北地区经济社会发展提供一定指导。本文通过计算和分析环鄱阳湖城镇群各城镇之间的经济联系量和城市流强度,从点、线、面、时间四维考察环鄱阳湖城镇群经济联系的空间结构及其演化,得出以下结果： 1、环鄱阳湖城镇群处于区域发展的初始期,各城市各自较均衡发展,成为各自经济辐射范围内的极化中心,使得整个环鄱阳湖城镇群内经济联系结构呈现相对均衡化特征。 2、2010年环鄱阳湖城镇群三次产业结构为11.0：57.3：31.7,属于“二、三、一”型产业结构,但各城镇仍以传统农业占主导地位,第三产业比重小,尤其是新兴服务业,其优势产业部门主要是电力燃气及水生产和供应、公共管理和社会组织、教育等产业。 3、环鄱阳湖城镇群区内经济联系方向表现出明显的交通指向性和中心城市指向性,主要指向华中地区的武汉和长沙、长三角地区的沪宁杭、华南地区的广州方向。基于环鄱阳湖城镇群区内外经济联系强度和方向、区域经济发展现状等的分析,确定了由京九线、浙赣线、福银高速、沪昆高速、杭瑞高速构成的昌九景鹰环湖圈为一级轴线和由浙赣线、沪昆高速上的鹰潭—上饶,福银高速上的南昌—抚州,沪昆高速上的南昌—宜春三条从环湖圈发出的东中西三条支线构成的二级轴线,它们组成了环鄱阳湖城镇群区发展的经济联系网络。 4、利用各城镇间经济联系强度研究区域城镇体系的空间结构及特征,有助于把握区域对内对外经济联系的主要方向,判断区域城镇群的发育阶段,环鄱阳湖城镇群目前正进入内部经济联系日益加深、空间结构圈层构造、多中心化的快速发育阶段。
[Abstract]:The Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is a new strategic fulcrum for the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province. The investigation of the intensity of urban flow is helpful to grasp the industrial connection structure among urban clusters, to make a comprehensive analysis of the economic connection from the two aspects of spatial connection and functional connection, and to make clear the internal and external economic connections. It will be a powerful supplement to the economic connection theory of urban agglomeration, and will also provide some guidance for the economic and social development of Jiangxi and northern Jiangxi from a new and more concrete perspective. By calculating and analyzing the economic connection quantity and the urban flow intensity among the cities and towns around Poyang Lake, this paper investigates the spatial structure and evolution of the economic connection of the town group around Poyang Lake from point, line, plane and time, and obtains the following results: 1. The urban cluster around Poyang Lake is in the initial stage of regional development, and each city develops more evenly and becomes the polarization center within the range of economic radiation, which makes the economic connection structure of the whole town group of Poyang Lake relatively balanced. 2. In 2010, the third industrial structure of the urban cluster around Poyang Lake was 11.0: 57.3: 31.7. it belonged to the "two, three, one" industrial structure, but the cities and towns still dominated by traditional agriculture, and the proportion of the tertiary industry was small, especially the emerging service industry. Its dominant industrial sectors are power gas and water production and supply, public management and social organization, education and other industries. 3. The direction of economic connection in the urban cluster area around Poyang Lake shows obvious traffic direction and central city orientation, mainly pointing to Wuhan and Changsha in central China, Hu-Ning and Hangzhou in Yangtze River Delta and Guangzhou in South China. Based on the analysis of the intensity and direction of the economic links inside and outside the area around Poyang Lake, and the present situation of regional economic development, this paper determines the Beijing-Kowloon Line, the Zhejiang Jiangxi Line, the Fuyin Expressway, the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, etc. The Changjiujing Eagle Ring Lake Circle, composed of Hangzhou and Rui Expressway, is a first-class axis and consists of the Zhejiang and Jiangxi lines, the Yingtan Shangrao on the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, and the Nanchang-Fuzhou on the Fu-Yin Expressway. Nanchang-Yichun on Hu-Kun Expressway is a secondary axis formed by three branches of east, west and west issued from the circle of lakes, which form the economic link network of the development of the town group area around Poyang Lake. 4. It is helpful to study the spatial structure and characteristics of regional urban system by using the intensity of economic connection between different cities and towns, which is helpful to grasp the main direction of regional economic connection to internal and external economy, and to judge the developmental stage of regional urban group. The urban group around Poyang Lake is entering the stage of rapid development with the deepening of internal economic ties, the formation of the ring layer of spatial structure and the multicentricalization of space structure.
