新时期上海市妇联组织参与社会治理的困境与对策研究

【摘要】：新时期,随着社会政治经济体制的不断改革以及社会矛盾的不断变化,社会治理体制亟待完善。在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化改革过程中,妇联组织的内外部环境发生了剧烈的变化。上海市妇联如何凝聚女性力量,为党分忧,为民谋利,在社会公共事务管理和服务中彰显妇联智慧,形成一套可复制、可推广的上海群团创新改革经验,为上海市经济社会发展贡献力量,成为当前亟待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:In the new period, with the constant reform of social political and economic system and the constant changes of social contradictions, the social governance system needs to be improved. In the process of modernization reform of national governance system and governance ability, the internal and external environment of women's federations has changed dramatically. How can the Shanghai Women's Federation gather women's strength, share worries for the party, seek for the benefit of the people, highlight the wisdom of the Women's Federation in the management and service of social public affairs, and form a set of replicable and popularized experiences in the innovation and reform of the Shanghai Qun Troupe? Contributing to the economic and social development of Shanghai has become an urgent problem to be solved.
