当代中国治理研究的新议程

【摘要】：治理理论的兴起对中国的政治-行政研究及公共管理实践均产生了显著影响。国家治理体系、社会治理等概念的提出,意味着治理已成为中国的官方话语。从治理理论引入中国开始,就存有治理与善治之间的逻辑矛盾,以及治理理论在中国适用性问题的争论。这种争论并未影响中国治理研究的多方面进展,但现今国家治理与社会治理的冲突、官方话语与学术话语的争议,却重现了适用性问题的内核:国家建构与治理的张力。中国治理的未来研究议程,正需要围绕这个内核展开,内容应覆盖国家治理、社会治理以及两者的互动。
[Abstract]:The rise of governance theory has a significant impact on China's political and administrative research and public management practice. The concept of national governance and social governance has meant that governance has become the official discourse of China. From the introduction of governance theory to China, there are logical contradictions between governance and good governance and governance theory in the middle. This debate does not affect many aspects of China's governance research, but the conflict between national governance and social governance and the dispute between official discourse and academic discourse reappears the core of the applicability of the problem: the tension of national construction and governance. The future research agenda of China's governance needs to be around this. Nuclear expansion should cover national governance, social governance and interaction between them.
