论中国族际政治整合能力的帕累托改进

【摘要】：在中华民族伟大复兴的历史节点,我国迫切需要提升族际政治整合能力,不断培育各民族的国家认同和中华民族共同体意识。中国族际政治整合的核心能力主要体现为民族均衡发展能力、民族事务法治化能力、政治合法性建构能力和中华民族凝聚能力。随着当代中国价值理性和工具理性的双重张扬,中国族际政治整合能力拥有很大的改进可能和提升空间。在以人为本的理念驱动之下,当前我国要充分运用新公共管理的相关理念和大数据时代的科技智能不断推进族际政治整合能力现代化。
[Abstract]:In the historical node of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, our country urgently needs to enhance the ability of political integration among ethnic groups, and constantly cultivate the national identity and the sense of the Chinese nation community. The core abilities of Chinese ethnic political integration mainly include the ability of national balanced development, the ability of ruling by law of national affairs, the ability of constructing political legitimacy and the ability of Chinese nation's cohesion. With the dual publicity of value rationality and instrumental rationality in contemporary China, the ability of political integration among ethnic groups in China has great potential and room for improvement. Driven by the idea of people-oriented, our country should make full use of the related ideas of new public management and the scientific and technological intelligence of big data's time to continuously promote the modernization of inter-ethnic political integration ability.
