公用事业市场化改革的实现路径

【摘要】：深化公用事业市场化改革、提高公共管理水平迫在眉睫,这既是政府创新公共服务方式的历史性变革,也是推动公共管理根本转型的具体实践。因此,在新一轮的公用事业市场化改革中,应以提升公共利益和公共服务质量为落脚点,推动监管型政府向服务型政府的转变,加强政府对公用事业市场化改革的监管,构建合理的市场竞争体系。
[Abstract]:It is urgent to deepen the market-oriented reform of public utilities and improve the level of public administration, which is not only a historic change of the government's innovation of public service mode, but also a concrete practice to promote the fundamental transformation of public management. Therefore, in the new round of market-oriented reform of public utilities, we should take the promotion of public interests and the quality of public services as the foothold, promote the transformation of the regulatory government to the service-oriented government, and strengthen the government's supervision of the market-oriented reform of public utilities. Build a reasonable market competition system.
