财政预算管理转型路径研究
[Abstract]:A perfect budget management model can improve the performance of the budget implementation, promote the overall development level of the national economy, and improve the ability of the government to control and regulate the economy according to the laws of economic development. This is also the goal of budget management reform. By using the thinking of rule of law and the multi-angle of view of system, taking the public participation in financial budget management as the core, we can construct a perfect fiscal budget management model, which can effectively prevent and prevent the opportunistic violation of the potential financial power. For building a good economic environment has important significance.
