双快速拣选区拣货系统的优化研究

【摘要】:随着人们对产品的需求日趋多样化和个性化,小批量多品种逐渐成为主流。客户对企业的满意度,不仅仅只是针对产品质量,还包括提供的物流配送服务,要求其准确、迅速的送达至客户手中。配送中心作为供应链中重要的一环,其服务质量的高低也在一定程度上影响着企业对于客户需求的响应度。 为了提高客户对配送中心的服务满意度,更好的适应小批量多品种的要求,不少配送中心为了提高拣选效率,单独划分快速拣选区域,在此区域中完成所有的拣选作业。快速拣选区将货物集中在较小的区域内,一般采用流利式货架等方便货物存取的存储模式。 首先,论文对现有的国内外大量文献以及研究成果进行了总结,介绍了配送中心以及快速拣选区的相关概念和理论知识。确定论文的研究对象是以双快速拣选区拣选系统为主。 接着,提出论文的两个主要研究问题,双快速拣选区储位空间分配以及拣选效率优化问题。首先,在双快速拣选区储位空间分配问题中,包括了两个基础问题,一个是哪些货物分配到哪个快速拣选区中,另一个问题是每种货物在快速拣选区中存放数量或者体积。然后提出主要的研究思路,考虑到货物的拣选次数、拣选数量、各自的尺寸等影响因素,基于假设条件,构建了以拣选成本和补货成本之和最小的储位空间分配模型。在拣选效率优化问题中,同样包括了两个基础问题,一是选用订单分批的算法,二是确定行走路线。以拣选策略为主要研究因素,介绍了订单分批具体的实现过程,建立了以货位平均拣选时间最短的拣选效率优化模型。 最后,以某生产企业的配送中心为案例,分析了其拣配清单结构、存储模式、拣货模式、补货模式等。借鉴前文所提出的优化方法,利用其真实订单数据以及现场实测的数据等,对现有的双快速拣选系统进行优化分析。证明其可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing diversification and individuation of people's demand for products, small batch and many varieties gradually become the mainstream. Customer satisfaction to enterprises, not only for product quality, but also for the provision of logistics distribution services. As an important part of the supply chain, the service quality of the distribution center also affects the responsiveness of the enterprise to the customer demand to a certain extent. In order to improve the service satisfaction of the distribution center and adapt to the demand of small batch and variety, many distribution centers divide the fast picking area separately in order to improve the picking efficiency. In this area, all sorting operations are completed. The fast picking area concentrates the goods in a smaller area, and generally uses a convenient storage mode such as fluency shelves. First of all, the paper summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign literature and research results. This paper introduces the concepts and theoretical knowledge of the distribution center and the fast picking area, and determines that the research object of this paper is the double fast picking area picking system. Then, two main research problems in this paper are proposed, namely, the allocation of storage space and the optimization of picking efficiency. Firstly, in the problem of storage space allocation of double-fast picking area. It includes two basic questions, one is which goods are allocated to which fast picking area, the other is the quantity or volume of each cargo stored in the fast picking area. Then the main research ideas are proposed. Considering the number of times of picking, the quantity of picking, the size of each other and other factors, based on the assumptions. A storage space allocation model based on the minimum sum of picking cost and replenishment cost is constructed. In the optimization of picking efficiency, two basic problems are also included, one is the algorithm of selecting order batches. The second is to determine the walking route. Taking the picking strategy as the main research factor, this paper introduces the concrete realization process of order batching, and establishes the optimization model of picking efficiency based on the shortest average picking time. Finally, taking the distribution center of a production enterprise as a case, this paper analyzes the structure of the sorting list, the storage mode, the picking mode, the replenishment mode and so on. Based on the real order data and the field measured data, the existing double fast picking system is optimized and analyzed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the system are proved.
