贸易信用下零售商配送网络规划与订货决策问题研究

【摘要】：在这篇研究中，作者在考虑贸易信用期的影响下，从零售商的角度建立了其配送网络布局和运营决策模型。零售商决定销售区域内分销配送中心的个数、布局问题，在考虑到配送中心运营成本、订货成本、配送和库存成本、贸易信用期内资本收益等基础上，决定最优的配送中心网络和补货周期以最小化配送链成本。我们建立了普通生鲜商品供应链两个模型，普通商品链是关于零售商配送中心服务面积、个数、补货周期的分段混合整数非线性函数（生鲜商品模型包括配送中心保鲜程度）。通过数学推论和算法，发现目标函数关于补货周期（补货周期和配送中心保鲜程度）为凸函数，存在使零售商成本最小的决策变量最优值。同时通过数例和基于控制变量法的敏感度分析，研究了最优成本和决策变量与参数的关系。通过对比分析算例结果，发现两种模型具有相似的决策变量和总成本的变化趋势。零售商的配送网络的布局和运营决策受商品品类的影响不大，但各个决策变量和成本受贸易信用的影响，使零售商配送中心服务面积变小同时零售商的补货周期变小。这个模型及解法对在需求确定的情况下能准确的确定最优的零售商配送网络规划布局和运营决策。这次研究也发现了贸易信用期对零售商配送网络布局和运营决策的影响，不只可以为以后的基于贸易信用期的供应链决策研究提供思路，也可以为零售商在商业中网络扩张和建立提供一定的思路。
[Abstract]:In this study, considering the influence of the trade credit period, the author establishes the distribution network layout and operation decision model from the perspective of the retailer. The retailer determines the number of distribution distribution centers in the sales area. The layout problem is based on the operating cost of distribution center, order cost, distribution and inventory cost, capital gains in trade credit period and so on. Determine the optimal distribution center network and replenishment cycle to minimize distribution chain costs. We have established two models of ordinary fresh goods supply chain. The common commodity chain is about the area and number of retailers' distribution center service. The piecewise mixed integer nonlinear function of replenishment cycle (the fresh commodity model includes the freshness degree of distribution center). Through mathematical inference and algorithm. It is found that the objective function is convex function for replenishment period (replenishment period and freshness degree of distribution center). There is the optimal value of the decision variable which makes the retailer cost minimum. At the same time, through several examples and sensitivity analysis based on the control variable method, the relationship between the optimal cost and the decision variable and the parameters is studied. It is found that the two models have similar trends of decision variables and total cost. The distribution network layout and operational decisions of retailers are not affected by commodity category. However, each decision variable and cost is affected by the trade credit. This model and its solution can accurately determine the optimal distribution network planning layout and operation decision in the case of demand determination. This study also found the impact of the trade credit period on the distribution network layout and operational decisions of retailers, not only for the future research on supply chain decision-making based on trade credit period. It can also provide some ideas for retailers to expand and build networks in business.
