汽车供应链协同采购管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：计算机网络技术的飞速发展,信息化技术已经逐渐渗透到各行各页,越来越多的企业都在实施信息化建设的变革,由传统的人工管理向信息化管理转变,而且随着信息化建设的逐步发展及完善使得企业的信息化的管理模式已经成为企业的核心竞争力。企业的信息化不仅可以增强企业的竞争力,还可以帮助企业提高集成及对成本的控制,这样很好的提升了企业各方面的效益。采购模式也在发生革命性的转变,采购的信息化管理已经成为企业采购发展的趋势,考虑到采购成本及运作效率问题,很多企业将供应商也合并在采购部分,本文汽车采购系统的开发是将供应链也并入采购模块,开发供应链协同的采购管理信息系统。本文首先总结了国内外对于采购系统的研究现状,描述了开发本系统的目的和意义,及本文研究的主要内容。再对采购管理及供应链管理理论进行了介绍,同时对目前汽车供应链协同过程中存在的问题进行了详细的分析。对于本系统的开发工具分别进行了介绍,如C#、NET Framework、ADO.NET、数据库访问等技术进行了说明分析。对于系统的开发,本文首先对系统进行了需求分析,深刻的理解用户的需求,对系统的功能及数据库进行了详细的分析。再利用需求分析的结果对系统进行详细的设计,如系统的体系结构、开发模式、数据库的详细设计、功能设计等做了详细的设计。本文的供应链协同采购系统采用的是三层架构开发模式,表现成、逻辑操作层、数据库存储层,采用现阶段流行的B/S(浏览器/服务器)体系结构,运用框架结构开发方的方式对系统进行开发。最后这是系统的实现和系统的测试。系统的实现是根据系统的设计对开发系统的实现,如系统的首页、登录界面、用户密码及基本信息的修改等功能。系统经过各方面的测试,得到系统各方面的功能基本满足要求,能够很好的实现供应链与采购的协同。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer network technology, information technology has gradually penetrated into each line and page. More and more enterprises are implementing the transformation of information construction, from traditional manual management to information management.And with the gradual development and improvement of information construction, the management mode of enterprise informatization has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.The informatization of enterprises can not only enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, but also help enterprises to improve integration and cost control, so as to improve the efficiency of all aspects of the enterprise.The procurement model is also undergoing a revolutionary transformation. Procurement information management has become a trend in the development of enterprise procurement. Considering the cost of procurement and operational efficiency, many enterprises have merged suppliers in the procurement part.In this paper, the development of automobile procurement system is to integrate the supply chain into the procurement module, and develop the supply chain collaborative procurement management information system.This paper first summarizes the research status of procurement system at home and abroad, describes the purpose and significance of the development of the system, and the main content of this paper.Then the paper introduces the theory of purchasing management and supply chain management, and analyzes the problems existing in the collaborative process of automobile supply chain in detail.The development tools of this system are introduced respectively, such as the technology of C #N. Net Framework ADO.NET, database access and so on.For the development of the system, this paper analyzes the requirements of the system, deeply understand the needs of users, and analyzes the function and database of the system in detail.Then the system is designed in detail, such as the system architecture, development mode, database design, function design and so on.In this paper, the supply chain collaborative procurement system adopts a three-tier architecture development model, which is represented by, logical operation layer, database storage layer, and adopts the popular B / S (browser / Server) architecture at the present stage.Develop the system in the way of frame structure developer.Finally, this is the implementation of the system and system testing.The realization of the system is based on the design of the system, such as the first page of the system, the login interface, the user password and the modification of the basic information.The system has been tested in all aspects, and the functions of the system can meet the requirements, which can realize the coordination between supply chain and purchasing.
