华夏银行国际化经营风险防范研究

【摘要】:目前,有越来越多的中资股份制商业银行开始“走出去”,实施国际化经营战略。在全球经济金融一体化趋势下,中国银行业国际化经营具有多重意义。但是由于体制制约、经验欠缺、技术落后、人才短缺以及银行内部管理规则与国际规范还存在诸多差距等原因,中资银行在国际化过程中存在着一系列的风险。随着我国商业银行跨国经营的发展,商业银行将会与更多的国家建立业务往来或是在国外新建分支机构,将遭遇更多的国家风险;所面临的外汇头寸暴露也会进一步加大,将会遭遇更多的汇率变动带来的风险;跨国经营,也会给中资商业银行的内控制度等带来挑战,导致操作风险加大。因此如何有效防范风险、保持稳健经营已成为目前商业银行跨国经营管理的重要课题。 遵循这一要求,本文将研究对象设定为华夏银行,第一章首先介绍了选题的背景、研究目的和思路、内容和结构以及研究方法。第二章试图从理论上对商业银行国际化风险管理方面的理论基础、主要类型和技术方法进行较为全面的概括和介绍。第三章结合我国经济发展以及融入全球经济一体化进程的实际,通过分析中国银行业“走出去”的特点和现状,采取PEST框架论述了中国银行业国际化经营所面临的机会和挑战。第四章在对我国银行业国际化经营介绍的基础上,利用SWOT分析了华夏银行进行国际化的优劣势,重点论述了华夏银行在银行业务国际化经营过程中如何进行风险识别、评估、预警、防范和控制。第五章通过介绍目前国际化程度最高的跨国银行——美国花旗银行在国际化经营中的策略和风险防范方法,对比和分析了其可资华夏银行国际化经营借鉴的地方。第六章针对华夏银行实施国际化之后可能带来的新变化,以及所应采取的有针对性的风险防范措施,得出最终的结论:在当前的国际经济和金融格局之下,华夏银行国际化战略应与自身整体发展规划和业务定位相适应,可以考虑采取多重模式,因地制宜,实行机构新设与吸收并购兼顾,有重点、分步骤地稳步推进国际化经营布局。同时应进一步加快制度和战略调整,采取灵活机动的各类风险防范策略,以应对银行经营国际化带来的机遇和挑战。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more Chinese-owned joint-stock commercial banks begin to go out and implement international management strategy. Under the trend of global economic and financial integration, the internationalization of China's banking industry has many meanings. However, due to institutional constraints, lack of experience, backward technology, talent shortage and the gap between internal management rules and international norms, Chinese banks have a series of risks in the process of internationalization. With the development of transnational operation of commercial banks in China, commercial banks will establish business contacts with more countries or establish new branches in foreign countries, which will encounter more national risks, and the exposure of foreign exchange positions will be further increased. There will be more risks from exchange rate changes; multinational operations will also bring challenges to the internal control system of Chinese commercial banks, resulting in increased operational risks. Therefore, how to effectively guard against risks and maintain stable management has become an important issue in the transnational management of commercial banks. According to this request, this paper sets the research object as Huaxia Bank. The first chapter introduces the background, the purpose and thought, the content and structure, and the research method. The second chapter attempts to theoretically summarize and introduce the theoretical basis, main types and technical methods of international risk management of commercial banks. The third chapter combines the reality of China's economic development and integration into the process of global economic integration, through the analysis of the characteristics and current situation of China's banking "going out", using the PEST framework to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the internationalization of China's banking industry. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the internationalization of Huaxia Bank on the basis of the introduction of the international operation of the banking industry in China, and focuses on how to identify and evaluate the risks in the process of internationalization of the banking business in Huaxia Bank. Early warning, prevention and control. The fifth chapter introduces the strategy and risk prevention method of Citibank, which is the most internationalized multinational bank, and compares and analyzes the reference points of Huaxia Bank's international operation. The sixth chapter aims at the possible new changes after the implementation of internationalization of Huaxia Bank, as well as the targeted risk prevention measures to be taken, and draws the final conclusion: under the current international economic and financial situation, The internationalization strategy of Huaxia Bank should be adapted to its overall development planning and business orientation. It may consider adopting multiple models, adapting measures to local conditions, taking into account the establishment of new institutions and absorbing mergers and acquisitions, with emphasis. Step by step steadily promote the international management layout. At the same time, we should speed up the system and strategic adjustment and adopt flexible and flexible risk prevention strategies to meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by the internationalization of banking operations.
