以茶文化为视角看酒店经营管理中的跨文化解析

【摘要】：应解析酒店经营管理中的跨文化现象,因为这关系到酒店服务品质的提升问题。在调研和考察的过程中感知到,借助茶文化视角来看待这种跨文化现象具有较强的参照价值。我国酒店中的跨文化现象主要表现在:行为偏好所表现出的跨文化现象、思想观念所表现出的跨文化现象、接人待物所表现出的跨文化现象。为此,酒店在经营管理上应给予对策构建,即辩证看待跨文化之间的冲突、以告示的方式劝诫用餐客人、培训人员掌握不同沟通技巧、利用法律来规制非理性行为。
[Abstract]:The cross-cultural phenomenon in hotel management should be analyzed because it is related to the improvement of hotel service quality. In the process of investigation and investigation, it has strong reference value to view this cross-cultural phenomenon with the help of tea culture. The cross-cultural phenomena in hotels in China are mainly reflected in the cross-cultural phenomenon of behavior preference, the cross-cultural phenomenon in ideology, and the cross-cultural phenomenon in receiving people and things. Therefore, the hotel should give countermeasures in management and management, that is, dialectically looking at the conflict between cultures, admonishing dining guests in the form of notices, training personnel to master different communication skills, and using the law to regulate irrational behavior.
