中国政府绩效监察体系的内涵解析与构建思路

【摘要】：作为一种有目的、有计划的、高层次的行政监察活动,绩效监察是一种对绩效管理的方向、过程及结果等方面进行的综合性的监督检查,在整个绩效管理体系中有其不可替代的地位和作用。未来应从功能定位、组织机构、实施方案及技术运用四个方面构建具有中国特色的政府绩效监察体系。
[Abstract]:As a purposeful, planned and high-level administrative supervision activity, performance supervision is a comprehensive supervision and inspection of the direction, process and results of performance management. In the whole performance management system has its irreplaceable position and role. In the future, the government performance supervision system with Chinese characteristics should be constructed from four aspects: function orientation, organization, implementation scheme and technology application.
