基于专利指标的企业技术竞争力评价框架研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]旨在探讨一种科学有效的、具有可操作性的企业技术竞争力评价方法。[方法/过程]阐述企业技术竞争力的内涵及特征,探讨基于专利视角评价企业技术竞争力的优势,从技术活跃度、技术价值度、技术集中度、技术潜力度、技术合作度、技术优势度等6个维度构建了企业技术竞争力测度的专利指标体系,并在此基础上提出"倒置树形"结构的企业技术竞争力评价框架。[结果/结论]研究成果不仅丰富了企业技术竞争力的理论研究,而且对科学合理地测度企业技术竞争力具有实践参考价值。
[Abstract]:The purpose / significance of this paper is to explore a scientific and effective and operable method for evaluating the technological competitiveness of enterprises. [method / process] this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of technological competitiveness of enterprises, and discusses the advantages of evaluating technological competitiveness from the perspective of patent, from the aspects of technological activity, technical value, technological concentration, technological potential, technical cooperation, etc. On the basis of the patent index system of the measurement of technological competitiveness of enterprises, the evaluation framework of technological competitiveness of enterprises with "inverted tree" structure is put forward. [results / conclusion] the research results not only enrich the theoretical research on the technological competitiveness of enterprises, but also have practical reference value for the scientific and reasonable measurement of the technological competitiveness of enterprises.
