差序式领导方式下组织成员行为取向研究

【摘要】:差序式领导是独具华人文化特色的领导风格,领导者将组织成员归类为"自己人"与"外人",并采取不同的对待方式。对此,可以以差序式领导方式的文化基础与内涵为基础,从下属与领导之间的互动关系及下属与同事之间的互动关系两个方面来探讨差序式领导方式与组织成员行为取向的关联性,系统地总结差序式领导方式下组织成员行为取向对员工个人效能的影响。
[Abstract]:Differential leadership is a unique style of leadership with Chinese cultural characteristics. Leaders classify the members of the organization as "members of their own" and "outsiders", and adopt different treatment methods. This can be done on the basis of the cultural basis and connotation of the differentiated leadership style. From two aspects of the interaction between subordinates and leaders and between subordinates and colleagues, this paper discusses the relationship between differentiated leadership style and organizational members' behavior orientation. This paper systematically summarizes the influence of organizational member's behavior orientation on employee's personal efficacy under differential leadership.
