【摘要】:正无论是政府机关、企事业单位还是其他组织内部,常上演一幕情景剧:领导给几名中层干部布置一项重大任务,反复强调其重要性并告诫他们一定要有责任心、要通力合作,然而临近验收时间,任务却并未完成。领导非常气愤地将上述几位中层干部叫到一起并逐个批评,原本各个中层被批评后非常忐忑不安,但一看其他几人也受到了同样的批评,反而若无其事了,最终生闷
[Abstract]:Whether it is government agencies, enterprises or institutions, or within other organizations, there is often a scene of drama: leaders assign a major task to several middle-level cadres, repeatedly stress their importance and warn them to have a sense of responsibility and to cooperate with one another. However, near the acceptance time, the task has not been completed. The leadership was very angry and called the above mentioned middle-level cadres together and criticized them one by one. Originally, each middle level was very uneasy after being criticized, but as soon as I saw several other people also received the same criticism, it turned out that nothing happened and eventually became boring.
