领导者要善于增加“能见度”

【摘要】:正由于多种原因,社会上部分人对领导干部印象不佳。这固然与干部队伍中少数腐败分子给领导者群体抹黑有关,但还有一个重要原因,就是领导者"能见度"较差,使得人们无法零距离审视领导者,从而难以对其价值做出准确判断。当然,这里所说的"能见度",并非单纯指领导者形体在公众视野中的清晰度,而主要是指公众获取能充分、客观、准确地反映领导者本质信息的程度。
[Abstract]:Because of various reasons, some people in society have a poor impression of leading cadres. This, of course, is related to the fact that a small number of corrupt elements in the cadre ranks smear the leadership group, but there is also an important reason for this: the "poor visibility" of the leader makes it impossible for people to examine the leader from a distance. Therefore, it is difficult to make an accurate judgment on its value. Of course, the "visibility" referred to here does not simply refer to the clarity of the leader's form in the public view, but mainly refers to the extent to which the public can fully, objectively and accurately reflect the essential information of the leader.
