【摘要】:正从心理的角度讲,任何批评都会令受批评者产生被攻击的感觉,从而产生防御与本能的抗拒。作为领导者和管理者,敢于批评下属固然重要,但如何进行正确有效的批评更重要,而懂得运用"曲线"批评、让批评听起来"很舒服",那就是一门学问、一门艺术。批评也是一种负面反馈方式。俗话说:"玉不琢不成器。"表扬与批评是教育和培养人的两种不同方式,表扬是正面的反馈方式,是抚慰灵魂的阳光,让人受到激励更上一层楼;批评是负面的反馈方式,是照耀灵魂的镜子,能让人更加真实地认识自己。批评本身不是目的,而是一种"负激励",是为了使人产生良性改变。

As leaders and managers, it is important to dare to criticize subordinates, but how to carry out correct and effective criticism is more important, and to know how to use "curve" criticism, so that criticism sounds "very comfortable", that is, a knowledge, an art. Criticism is also a form of negative feedback. As the saying goes, "Jade is not cut and cut." Praise and criticism are two different ways to educate and train people. Praise is a positive way of feedback, a way of soothing the soul, a light to be inspired, criticism is a negative way of feedback, it is a mirror that shines on the soul. It can make people know themselves more truthfully. Criticism is not an end in itself, but a negative incentive to make a positive change.
