现代领导者应有的能力与自觉

【摘要】：当代中国领导和民众的素质、能力与相互关系,直接决定着中国社会的现状和未来,相对于普通民众,领导及其集体的素质、能力及其思想意识,具有关键性的作用。本文立足于现代社会和中国的社会转型,从"人类活动的性质和中国社会转型的特点"、"现代社会的有机性和理性化要求"、"现代领导和群众(公民)的关系"、"作为公众人物和个人"等四个方面,论述了现代领导应有的能力和自觉问题。
[Abstract]:The quality, ability and mutual relationship between the leaders and the masses in contemporary China directly determine the present situation and future of Chinese society, and play a key role in the quality, ability and ideology of the leaders and their collectives as compared with the ordinary people. This paper is based on the modern society and the social transformation of China. From the aspects of "the nature of human activities and the characteristics of Chinese social transformation", "the organic and rational requirements of modern society", "the relationship between modern leadership and the masses (citizens)" and "being public figures and individuals", This paper discusses the ability and consciousness of modern leadership.
