敢于“拍板”的自信何来

【摘要】：正领导的作用一是用干部,二是出主意。干部如何用,主意如何出,这就需要决策,也就是所谓的"拍板"。敢不敢拍,能不能拍,愿不愿拍,怎样拍,拍什么,何时拍,现行体制下,这在一定程度上取决于领导者的自信。李广射虎的故事大家都耳熟能详。一块石头,只有在误认为它是虎时,才可以一箭射穿,而当确认它是石头之后,再怎么努力射也射不穿。石头还是那块石头,人还是那个人,而结果不同,就是因为李广的心态变化影响了事态。心里有了石头的阴影,挥之不去,潜意识里就认为不可能用箭射穿,自己不相信自己,注定只能是这样的结局。
