特别关注领导干部做人的巧拙之道

【摘要】：正领导是带领一个团体向前发展的人。人们崇拜什么,领导者就应该做到什么;人们需要什么,领导者就要去做什么。领导者要先学会做人,才能学会如何做事。也许有人会说,一些人品不行的酷吏循吏也会把事情办得很好,甚至对一些腐败分子往往还叹惜其才能。其实,只要细细想来,一个人品很差的人即便是才高八斗,也只能够得逞于一时,不可能得逞于一世,其才能不用到正道上,对社会的危害会更加严重。而一些被认为有能力的腐败分子的违法乱纪行为,更是与我们所倡导的领导能力有着天壤之别。
[Abstract]:A leader is a person who leads a group forward. What people worship, leaders should do; what people need, leaders have to do. A leader must learn to be a man before he can learn how to do things. Some might say that some unscrupulous officials do things well, and even lament the ability of corrupt people. As a matter of fact, if you think carefully, a person of poor character, even if he is highly talented, can only succeed for a while, but can not succeed in life, and his ability does not have to be on the right path, and the harm to society will be even more serious. And the lawlessness of corrupt elements who are believed to be capable is a far cry from the leadership we advocate.
