“爱哭的孩子有奶吃”与“不让老实人吃亏”

【摘要】:正"不让老实人吃亏、不让投机钻营者得利",历来是我们党选人用人的重要原则。但用人中的"爱哭的孩子有奶吃"现象,构成了对这一原则的直接挑战。领导肩负着选人用人的重要责任,必须切实炼就慧眼、坚守原则,防止被"哭声"蒙蔽和扰乱,尤其对"不爱哭"的老实人应予以特别关注。这既是对领导识才鉴贤能力和公道正派品质的现实考验,也是广大干部群众的殷切期盼。一、"爱哭的孩子有奶吃"意味着"让老实人吃亏"从本义上讲,"爱哭的孩子有奶吃"并无原罪,如同婴儿有吃奶需求会放声大哭一样,干部在工作中遇到矛盾和困难、有成长进步的愿望向组织和领导反映,组织和领导据此做出适当安排,也确属正常现象。
[Abstract]:It has always been an important principle of our party to "not let honest people suffer losses and not allow speculators to gain profits." But the phenomenon of crying children with milk constitutes a direct challenge to this principle. Leaders shouldering the important responsibility of selecting and employing people must conscientiously observe their eyes, adhere to the principles, and prevent being blinded and disturbed by "crying", especially for the honest people who "do not like to cry" should be paid special attention to. This is not only the practical test of leaders' ability to recognize talents and talents, but also the ardent expectation of the broad masses of cadres and masses. First, "crying children have milk to eat" means that "to make honest people suffer." in essence, "crying children have milk to eat" has no original sin, just as babies cry loudly when they need milk, so cadres encounter contradictions and difficulties in their work. The desire to grow and progress reflects to the organization and leadership, the organization and leadership to make appropriate arrangements, is also normal.
