浅谈愿景领导理论

【摘要】：愿景领导理论是领导学以及相关学科研究的主题之一。愿景领导就是通过形成、实现和审视共同愿景,引领个人成长、团队建设、组织发展、事业进步、社会和谐和环境保护,包括形成愿景、实现愿景和审视愿景三步。愿景领导理论引领了领导学的理论范式变迁,融合了西方领导科学与东方领导智慧,突出了领导科学的软科学特征。中华民族之所以不断走向复兴,社会主义中国之所以不断得到发展,就在于一方面拥有伟大的百年愿景,另一方面及时调整实现愿景的战略。
[Abstract]:Visionary leadership theory is one of the topics of leadership and related disciplines. Visionary leadership is three steps to lead personal growth, team-building, organizational development, career progress, social harmony and environmental protection by forming, realizing and reviewing a shared vision. The theory of visionary leadership leads to the change of theoretical paradigm of leadership, combines the western leadership science with the oriental leadership wisdom, and highlights the characteristics of soft science in leadership science. The reason why the Chinese nation continues to rejuvenate and the socialist China continues to develop lies in the fact that on the one hand it has a great vision of one hundred years and on the other hand it adjusts the strategy of realizing the vision in time.
