【摘要】：正作为领导干部,面临许多需要辩证把握好的工作关系,这对提高领导水平、发挥领导作用至关重要。把握好了,工作起来事半功倍,得心应手;反之,则重心失衡,费心棘手,影响工作质量和效益。从工作实践看,有四个关系需要平衡好。班子与"班长"。作为"班长",有了成绩不争功,多让班子成员上领奖台;有了问题不推诿,多从自己身上找责任。一个班子就像一部机器,各尽其能,才能运转自如。作为
