现代大学非权力性影响力及其实现

【摘要】：大学是精神的,非物质的。大学主要是通过思想对思想的影响来培养人才,而非权力性影响力能潜移默化地作用于人的思想,因此,非权力性影响力与大学的工作性质具有内在的必然的联系,它是大学力量生长的源泉。大学内部管理人员只有树立"人本"观念,坚持"学术自由、追求真理"的原则,充分发挥管理人员、教师和学生的非权力性影响力,才能使"大学"这个"学"字越写越大。
[Abstract]:The university is spiritual and immaterial. The university mainly trains the talented person through the thought influence to the thought, but not the power influence can act on the person's thought imperceptibly, therefore, the non-power influence and the university work nature has the inherent inevitable relation. It is the source of the strength of the university. Only by setting up the concept of "humanism", adhering to the principle of "academic freedom and pursuing truth" and giving full play to the non-power influence of managers, teachers and students, can the "university" study "be written more and more.
