【摘要】：正作为一名优秀的领导者,必须执赏罚二柄,这是别人不能够替代的。激励手段是领导者必须掌握的一种基本领导技巧,寓激励于责备之中,更是一项需要用智慧和经验来把控的技巧。面对下属过错,领导者要做好以下几个方面的工作,才能够顺利寓激励于责备之中,让下属心服口服,真正从自己的过错中吸取经验教训,更上一层楼,达到最终激励目的。一、领导者要学习批评教育的激励技巧领导者要想正常行使职权,必须先有组织授权,还要懂得识人用人,更要有完善的规章制度。在行使权力
