领导者处理与下级关系应避免几个误区

【摘要】：正领导者的人际关系,就是领导者在领导活动中与不同层级的个人和群体相互作用而形成的社会关系与心理距离,包括与上级、同级和下级的人际关系(罗家德:《关系与圈子——中国人工作场域中的圈子现象》,《管理学报》2012年第2期)。由于上级在组织资源和权力分配、重要人事任免、重大事项审批、重要决策权力等方面控制或影响着下级,一些领导者自觉或不自觉地把对上负责作为最佳利益选择。他们精心构筑与上级的人际关系,忽视与同级和下级的人际关系,尤其是与下级的关系,他们往往根据自己的主观意识和个人喜好随意处理与下级的人际关系,使得本已紧张的上下级关系雪
[Abstract]:The interpersonal relationship of positive leaders is the social relations and psychological distance formed by the interaction of leaders with individuals and groups at different levels in leadership activities, including interpersonal relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates (Luo Jiade: relationships and circles-Circle phenomenon in Chinese work Field, Journal of Management, No. 2, 2012). Because the superior controls or affects the subordinates in the distribution of organizational resources and power, the appointment and removal of important personnel, the examination and approval of major matters, and the important decision-making power, some leaders consciously or unconsciously regard responsibility as the best choice of interests. They carefully construct the interpersonal relationship with their superiors and ignore the interpersonal relationship with their peers and subordinates, especially with their subordinates. They often deal with the interpersonal relationship with their subordinates at will according to their subjective consciousness and personal preferences, which makes the already tense relationship between subordinates and subordinates.
