【摘要】:正职场始终信奉"有压力才有动力"这一原则,通过设置明确清晰的责任目标给予组织成员一定的压力感,有助于更好地激发其斗志,这源于责任所固有的特殊行为刺激效力,使得下属明确知晓目标若完不成则必然会面临相应惩罚。若仅将精神与行为刺激完全寄托于惩罚所带来的压力,那么工作过程就会逐渐演变为特定指挥下的简单劳动。在没有其他正面行为刺激的情况下,伴随施压力度的不断增大,个体所能投入的工作激情就会
