体验式智慧旅游研究:建构主义视角

【摘要】:旅游产业是国民经济的战略性支柱产业,其行业关联性强,对其他相关行业具有极强的拉动作用,享有“无烟工业”和“朝阳产业”的美誉。近年来国民收入持续增长带动我国居民旅游需求激增。与此同时,互联网技术与各产业的相互融合势头日益加剧,旅游业作为信息资源密集型产业,对信息传播和信息技术具有根本性的需求。2013年10月,《中华人民共和国旅游法》的正式实施标志着旅游业走上法制化的同时,也使本身市场结构不合理、国际竞争力较弱、旅游人才匮乏、行业生产率低下的旅游业面临的内涵式增长不足的问题更加凸显。中国旅游业在世界经济危机和中国经济宏观调控的背景下,亟待解决内涵式发展问题,转型升级势在必行,突破中国旅游业发展瓶颈的路径探索研究极为迫切和重要。 基于对目前旅游业发展实践和理论的探讨,旅游产业发展瓶颈形成的根本原因是理论上对旅游的本质认识不足,导致旅游功能异化、产业经营模式陈旧、经营思维落后。因此,厘清旅游的体验本质、正确认识旅游精神的实质是关系到旅游学术研究、旅游学科建设和旅游业持续、健康发展的重要命题。从旅游业发展的瓶颈问题出发,本文提出假设命题:建构主义视角下的体验式智慧旅游模式能够帮助旅游者提升旅游体验层次、认识旅游的体验本质,对促进旅游业持续健康发展具有重要作用。基于社会学、伦理学的视角,来研究旅游活动在文化、心理、行为等方面对旅游主体的影响以及在旅游业中新信息通信技术应用等国际旅游前沿问题方面。同时,关于如何将旅游活动中的文化、心理与技术有机结合方面也做些有益探讨。 旅游的本质与建构主义学习理论有着紧密的内在逻辑联系。旅游的本质和目的是让旅游者得到愉悦的身心体验和知识获取,旅游精神的哲学本质是人文精神的探索与超越;建构主义学习理论使智慧旅游与旅游者的目的相对接,以提高游客的知识获取和身心体验层次。通过对旅游产业、旅游体验、建构主义学习理论、认知心理学、旅游心理学、旅游经济学、智慧旅游等相关理论文献回顾,文章为后续研究分析建立了理论支撑。旅游业是信息资源密集型产业,对信息传播和信息技术具有根本性的需求。体验式智慧旅游是基于建构主义的视角,以体验为主线,以旅游精神为最高诉求层次,以满足旅游者个性化需求、实时旅游搜索和共同解决旅游方案为目的,通过云计算、大数据、物联网、移动通讯技术等形成的新一代信息技术。体验式智慧旅游贯穿吃住行游购娱智识八个旅游要素,使旅游者达到最大化的知识获取和身心体验,形成创新型的综合性旅游互动模式。智慧旅游基本功能是满足不同层次的体验需求。 通过对体验式智慧旅游的理论研究,本文设定随机前沿生产函数模型,基于数据包络方法研究旅游行业人力资本与技术贡献率的测度,对旅游体验认知与旅游总体评价的关系进行实证分析。根据我国2006-2011年的旅游产业效率、技术创新以及智慧旅游的相关数据,本文采用统计分析软件SPSS17.0对调查问卷进行数据统计分析,分析智慧旅游的主要构成要素,包括人力资本、信息网络、移动通信等要素对于不同地区旅游产业效率的影响测度。 经过上述研究分析本文得出主要研究结论:突破中国旅游业发展瓶颈需要旅游产业解决其内涵式发展问题。体验式智慧旅游能够最大限度地运用互联网技术挖掘旅游者的个性化需求,帮助其提升旅游体验层次、认识旅游的体验本质,促进旅游产业内涵式增长,对推进旅游业转型升级,实现产业持续健康发展具有重要作用。

The transformation and upgrading is imperative. It is very urgent and important to break through the bottleneck of the development of China's tourism industry.
Based on the discussion on the development of tourism theory and practice at present, the fundamental reason of tourism industry development bottleneck is the formation of the theory on the essence of tour understanding insufficiency, causes the tourism industry function alienation, old business model, business thinking behind. Therefore, to clarify the essence of tourism experience quality, a correct understanding of the spirit of travel is related to the study of tourism the academic discipline construction, tourism and sustainable tourism, an important proposition of the healthy development of the bottleneck problem. Starting from the development of the tourism industry, this paper puts forward the hypothesis: a constructivist perspective of experiential wisdom tourism pattern can help tourists to enhance tourism experience level, experience the essence of tourism, tourism industry plays an important role in promoting the sustained and healthy development. Based on the perspective of ethics, sociology, the study of tourism activities in the cultural, psychological, behavior and other aspects of the tourism subject and in the journey In tourism industry, new information communication technology applications and other international tourism frontiers are also discussed. At the same time, how to integrate culture, psychology and technology in tourism activities is also discussed.
The essence of constructivism learning theory and tourism have inherent logical relation. The essence and purpose of tourism is to let the tourists get pleasure and experience and knowledge acquisition, the essence of philosophy is the spirit of travel and exploration beyond the humanistic spirit; constructivism learning theory to make the wisdom of tourism and the relative access to to improve tourist knowledge acquisition and physical and mental experience level. Based on the tourism industry, tourism experience, constructivist learning theory, cognitive psychology, tourism psychology, tourism economics, tourism wisdom literature review, established the theoretical support for the following research. Tourism is an information resource intensive industries, is fundamental to the information communication and information technology requirements. Experience the wisdom of tourism is based on the perspective of constructivism, to experience as the main line, to the highest level of tourism spiritual demands, in full Personalized needs of tourists, tourism and travel together to solve the real-time search scheme for the purpose, through cloud computing, big data, networking, mobile communication technology such as the formation of a new generation of information technology. Through the theoretical research on experiential wisdom tourism, this paper set the stochastic frontier production function model to measure the travel industry research data envelopment analysis of human capital and technology contribution rate based on the empirical analysis of the relationship between tourism and tourism experience cognitive evaluation. According to the overall efficiency of China's tourism industry in 2006-2011, technology innovation and wisdom tourism the relevant data, this paper uses the statistical analysis software SPSS17.0 on questionnaire data statistical analysis, analysis of the main elements of wisdom tourism, including human capital, information network, mobile communication and other factors to influence the efficiency of tourism industry in different regions of the measure.
After the above analysis this paper draws the main conclusions: the breakthrough in the development of Chinese tourism tourism industry bottlenecks to solve the problem of connotative development. Experience the wisdom of tourism to individual needs to maximize the use of Internet technology to mining tourists and help them to improve the level of tourism experience, experience the essence of Tourism, promote the tourism industry intensive growth. To promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry has an important role to achieve sustained and healthy development of the industry.
