【摘要】：近些年来,大众化的群体旅游形式逐渐从和平稳定的国际环境中脱颖而出,在迅速形成规模的同时保持着快速发展的态势。进入21世纪,由于生活节奏的加快、激烈竞争等所带来的巨大压力,加上人们日益觉醒并不断加强的环保观念也是促成森林旅游成为人们的一种自觉行动的原因之一。因此,各国都已开始广泛关注并着力发展这种新的旅游方式,即可持续发展的森林旅游。然而,随着森林旅游项目成为一种颇受大众关注的旅游项目,其投资的风险性也开始逐渐受到越来越多的投资者的关注。本文以黑龙江省长寿森林大世界改扩建投资项目为例,对其进行投资风险评价研究。首先对黑龙江省森林旅游项目发展概况及投资风险做了简要的介绍与分析,然后对现有项目概况及改扩建项目规划做出了简要的介绍。在对改扩建项目不同阶段进行风险识别、分析的基础上,建立了长寿森林大世界改扩建项目的风险指标体系,并通过层次分析法的运用,确定出各指标的权重值；由于长寿森林大世界改扩建项目风险因素具有动态、难以定量描述、具有极大的模糊性等特点,因此本文选用模糊综合评价法对项目投资风险进行综合评价,从而对该项目的总体风险做出了定量判断。通过对项目进行实证研究,验证了模型应用的合理性。最后,对长寿森林大世界改扩建项目提出了风险防范对策与措施,为该项目日后的风险管理提供了有力的科学依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the popular form of group tourism gradually from a peaceful and stable international environment in the rapid formation of the scale of talent shows itself, also maintained a rapid development momentum. In twenty-first Century, due to the accelerated pace of life, the huge pressure brought fierce competition, coupled with the growing awareness and strengthen the concept of environmental protection but also to the forest tourism has become one of the reasons for the self-conscious action. Therefore, all countries have begun to concern and focus on the development of this new way of tourism, forest tourism sustainable development. However, with the forest tourism project has become a popular public concern tourism projects, the investment risk also began gradually more and more more attention from investors.
This paper takes Heilongjiang province longevity forest world expansion investment project as an example, research on the investment risk evaluation. Firstly introduce and analyze briefly the forest tourism project in Heilongjiang province development and investment risk, and then made a brief introduction to the existing project overview and expansion project in the expansion project planning. At different stages of risk identification, analysis on the basis of established longevity forest world expansion project risk index system, and through the use of AHP, determine the weights of each index; due to the long life forest world expansion project risk factors are dynamic, difficult to describe, with great characteristics of fuzzy so, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of the investment risk of the project, in order to make a quantitative judgment on the overall risk of the project through the. An empirical study on the project, verify the rationality of model application. Finally, the countermeasures and measures are put forward on the long forest world extension project, provides scientific basis for risk management on the project.
