海南国际旅游岛开发规划研究

【摘要】：作为我国第三产业的重要组成部分，旅游业一直有着“朝阳产业”的美誉。旅游业在为政府和企业带来巨大的经济效益的同时，往往还能够带动相关产业和周边产业的发展。海南岛因其独特的自然条件和优越的地理位置，一直是处于我国旅游业的领先地位。并且随着《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》，海南省委省政府有计划的推出了一系列措施来促进海南岛国际化的建设，并对海南旅游产业未来十年（2010~2020）的指导思想、发展目标、重点任务进行了细化。在这种良好的发展前景以及国家的全面扶持背景下，有必要针对海南岛旅游业的发展现状，进行相关的市场分析，，并提出相应的营销策略，对海南岛旅游业的发展提出有针对性的发展建议。本文以海南岛旅游的开发规划为研究对象，综合运用多种分析方法对海南岛的旅游发展进行规划，并提出有针对性的建议。本文首先回顾了世界和我国的旅游业发展历程，认为国际国内旅游业尤其是海南旅游业正面临巨大的发展机遇。其次分析海南国际旅游岛的资源能力，以确定优势和劣势,并对其他国际一流的国际旅游岛和度假区做了借鉴研究，以确定未来的发展定位。在此基础上，提出产业策划，并针对重点产业进行了可行性和商业模式分析，最后，有针对性地提出实施路径和保障措施。更为重要的是，本文从区域规划和产业规划的角度，并结合各区域自身旅游资源的特点和发展前景，分别分析各个区域和产业旅游资源的特点并提出相应的整合发展策略。区域和产业的细分，有助于整合相近的旅游资源，充分发挥其整合性的优势，并能够避免海南岛内部的不必要的同质化竞争。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the tertiary industry in China, tourism has always been a "sunrise industry" reputation. Tourism has brought huge economic benefits to the government and enterprises at the same time. Often also can drive the development of related industries and surrounding industries. Hainan Island because of its unique natural conditions and superior geographical location. It has always been in the leading position of tourism in our country, and along with the State Council's opinions on promoting the construction and development of Hainan International Tourism Island. Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government has planned to launch a series of measures to promote the construction of Hainan Island internationalization, and Hainan tourism industry in the next 10 years, the guiding ideology, development goals. The key tasks were refined. In this kind of good development prospect and the national comprehensive support background, it is necessary to carry on the related market analysis according to the Hainan Island tourism development present situation, and proposes the corresponding marketing strategy. The paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of Hainan Island's tourism industry. In this paper, the development of Hainan Island tourism planning as the research object, comprehensive use of a variety of analytical methods for Hainan Island tourism development planning. This paper first reviews the development of tourism in the world and China. It is believed that the international and domestic tourism, especially Hainan tourism, is facing enormous opportunities for development. Secondly, the resource capacity of Hainan International Tourism Island is analyzed to determine its advantages and disadvantages. And other international first-class international tourism islands and resorts for reference to determine the future development positioning. On this basis, proposed industrial planning, and the feasibility of key industries and business model analysis. Finally, the implementation path and safeguard measures are put forward. More importantly, from the perspective of regional planning and industrial planning, combined with the characteristics and development prospects of tourism resources in each region. This paper analyzes the characteristics of tourism resources in different regions and industries and puts forward corresponding integrated development strategies. The subdivision of regions and industries will help to integrate similar tourism resources and give full play to their advantages of integration. It can avoid unnecessary homogenization competition within Hainan Island.
