【摘要】：乌拉山国家森林公园是内蒙古西部地区重要的生态安全屏障,其旅游业正处于规划起步阶段,旅游资源开发潜力评价是旅游开发前的重要步骤。运用层次分析法从旅游资源、基础条件和区域特性三方面构建了1个包含21个指标的评价体系,对公园旅游资源开发潜力进行了定量评价,评价得分为7.832 5分,开发潜力为Ⅰ级。利用SWOT分析对旅游资源开发潜力的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了定性分析。对乌拉山森林公园的旅游开发提出4点建议:1)旅游发展保护优先,保护与开发相结合;2)发展旅游,首先要加强公园基础设施建设;3)发挥景观资源优势,突出森林生态旅游特色;4)分阶段逐步开展。
[Abstract]:Wula Mountain National Forest Park is an important ecological security barrier in the western part of Inner Mongolia, and its tourism industry is in the initial stage of planning. The evaluation of tourism resources exploitation potential is an important step before tourism development. This paper constructs an evaluation system including 21 indexes from three aspects of tourism resources, basic conditions and regional characteristics by using AHP.
