【摘要】：为了探究旅游活动发展规律与未来发展趋势,在梳理人类社会的未来发展趋势、旅游活动的主要矛盾和旅游活动的本质属性基础上对人类社会的旅游活动进行了阶段划分。研究结果显示:旅游需求与旅游供给构成了旅游活动的主要矛盾,旅游需求的本质是人类满足了生存与安全的基本生理需求之后,产生的精神文化需求,因此文化属性是旅游活动的本质属性。在科技更新加速、生产力持续提高、文化逐渐融合、思想观念理性化和自然生态脆弱化的大背景下,根据旅游活动的主要矛盾演化进程,整个人类历史长河中旅游活动的发展划分为有闲阶级旅游、社会大众旅游、社会全民旅游、义务经历旅游、专业研究旅游、技术替代旅游6个阶段。
