中部六省旅游经济发展差异研究

【摘要】：“中部崛起”对我国的经济发展有至关重要的作用，旅游业在中部经济发展中贡献卓著。但中部旅游业发展迅速的同时也呈现出一定的差异性和不均衡性，而现有文献中对中国省际之间旅游经济发展差异的研究较少，尤其对中部六省旅游经济发展的差异研究关注较少。通过对国内外相关领域的文献梳理和述评，文章分析了国内外旅游经济发展差异的研究现状。基于旅游地生命周期理论、经济地理学、新制度经济学等学科相关理论，通过选取评估旅游经济发展水平的六大要素和八大指标，建立了一套旅游经济发展水平评价指标体系。旨在通过对中部各省区的旅游经济发展水平进行定量评估的基础上，分析其差异形成的多方面影响因素，以寻求差异化中蕴含的发展机遇和合作可能，为中部六省区域旅游的整体竞争力提升和协调发展提供理论基础和一定的政策方向。运用多元统计分析方法依次分析2002年、2007年、2012年六省之间旅游经济发展的省际差异，并利用熵权法确定综合评价模型选取的各项指标的权重值，量化各旅游经济发展影响因素的重要程度。中部六省受区位条件、基础设施特别是交通设施差异、资源禀赋水平差异、区域经济发展水平差异、政策与制度差异的影响，旅游经济发展质量和效率都存在较大差异，致使六省旅游经济发展水平一直存在，且没有缩小的趋势。至2012年，河南、安徽两省旅游经济发展水平暂时处于中部领先地位，江西、山西两省则一直相对落后。文章在最后结合中部各省区旅游经济发展现状，针对现存的差异性，主要构建了基于资源优势的“以六省旅游中心城市为节点，以重要交通线路为纽带，形成9大旅游圈，，辐射全区旅游经济发展”的中部六省旅游经济发展空间格局，提出了协调中部地区旅游经济发展的战略对策。
[Abstract]:"the rise of the central region" plays an important role in the economic development of our country, and the tourism industry contributes greatly to the economic development of the central region. However, the tourism industry in the central region is developing rapidly and showing some differences and imbalances. However, there are few researches on the differences of tourism economic development among provinces in China, especially on the differences of tourism economic development in six central provinces. Based on the theory of tourism destination life cycle, economic geography, new institutional economics and other related theories, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of tourism economy at home and abroad. By selecting six factors and eight indexes to evaluate the level of tourism economic development, a set of evaluation index system of tourism economic development level is established. The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively evaluate the level of tourism economic development of central provinces and regions. This paper analyzes the various factors influencing the formation of the differences in order to seek the development opportunities and cooperation possibilities contained in the differentiation and to provide a theoretical basis and a certain policy direction for the promotion of the overall competitiveness and coordinated development of the regional tourism in the six central provinces. This paper analyzes the inter-provincial differences of tourism economic development among the six provinces in 2002, 2007 and 2012 by using the multivariate statistical analysis method, and determines the weight value of each index selected by the comprehensive evaluation model by using entropy weight method. The influence of regional conditions, infrastructure, especially transportation facilities, resource endowment level, regional economic development level, policy and system on the development of tourism economy in six central provinces is analyzed. There are great differences in the quality and efficiency of tourism economy development, which leads to the existence of tourism economic development level in the six provinces, and there is no shrinking trend. By 2012, the tourism economic development level of Henan and Anhui provinces was in the central leading position for the time being. Jiangxi and Shanxi provinces have been relatively backward. In the end, according to the present situation of tourism economy development in the central provinces and regions, the paper mainly constructs the "six provincial tourism center cities as the node" based on the resource advantages. Taking the important transportation lines as the link, forming nine tourism circles and radiating the tourism economic development of the whole region, the spatial pattern of tourism economy development in six central provinces is put forward, and the strategic countermeasures to coordinate the development of tourism economy in the central region are put forward.
