华山与渭南市旅游成长及产品结构分析

【摘要】:近年来,随着人们收入水平的提高和国家法定节假的日渐增多,旅游产业的发展显现出强劲的增长势头,在我国国民经济增长中发挥着越来越重要的作用,目前已成为许多地区的战略性主导产业。各旅游地为保持自身长久的活力和生命力,都在不断地开发旅游资源,调整和优化当地的旅游产品。渭南市作为陕西省关中平原的东大门,是陕西省以西安市为纽带的关中旅游带的东线组成部分,境内的华山风景名胜区是国内旅游活动开展较早的山岳型景区之一,是陕西省代表性的旅游品牌。近年来在华山旅游的带动下,渭南市旅游业发展较快,对地区经济与社会发展产生了巨大的推动作用。因此,如何正确地判断渭南市与华山景区的旅游成长状况,并采取合理有效的措施调整和优化旅游产品结构,促进区域旅游的持续健康发展,这方面的问题引起了研究者的关注。 生命周期理论是描述旅游地成长发展过程的基本理论,其中旅游产品结构的动态变化是旅游地演进过程中的基本事实。本文以渭南市与华山景区为案例地,依据生命周期理论与其不同阶段产品结构演变特点,运用了理论与实证研究相结合,通过实地调查及资料整理,进行定性分析与定量判断相统一的研究方法,分析了华山与渭南市旅游地成长阶段及其相应的产品结构问题。 本文的主要研究内容有两个方面: 一是运用生命周期与旅游产品结构相关理论,对华山风景名胜区进行旅游地生命周期的判定分析,发现华山已走过旅游地生命周期的探查阶段、参与阶段、发展阶段,目前正处于巩固阶段。并研究华山旅游产品结构存在的问题,提出相应的产品结构优化对策。目前华山旅游产品特点主要有产品要素结构趋于完善、旅游空间结构优化、日趋重视软环境建设等。但因资源开发力度小、旅游容量小、主景区可进入性仍较差以及目的地竞争加剧这几个因素制约着华山产品结构的优化,因而可通过产品重组和转换来调整。 二是利用相关理论分析渭南市的旅游成长变化情况,发现其正处于旅游的快速成长阶段,但存在产品结构单一、层次较低、缺乏整体规划等问题,针对这些问题提出了五个方面的调整对策:即观光旅游产品向更高级水平的提升、大力开发休闲度假、生态康体、专门型旅游产品,并充分发挥地域文化与旅游的融合作用,推进区域性质的旅游整合发展。接着以定量分析的方法构建出渭南市旅游成长趋势预测模型,发现渭南市未来5-10年内旅游需求还会有较大的增长空间。最后,试着分析了华山品牌景区与渭南市旅游业成长之间的关系,得出华山景区在渭南市旅游业中发挥着主导作用,并促进渭南市的旅游产品结构调整。 本文主要创新点在于将品牌景区的成长与区域旅游成长对比研究,以期发现品牌景区的发展与其所在地区旅游业成长之间的关系。将华山景区的发展与渭南市旅游成长联系起来分析研究,将为华山与渭南市的旅游发展及产品开发策略提供相应的理论依据,有一定的实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of people's income level and the national legal holiday is increasing, the development of the tourism industry showed strong growth momentum, plays an increasingly important role in the economic development in our country, has become the strategic leading industry in many regions. Each tourist destination in order to maintain its lasting vigor and vitality all, in the continuous development of tourism resources, adjust and optimize the local tourism products of Weinan city. As the Guanzhong Plain in the east gate of Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Province in Xi'an city as a link to the eastern part of the Guanzhong tourist zone, within the scenic area of Huashan mountain scenic area is one of the earlier development of domestic tourism activities is Shaanxi Province on behalf of the tourism brand of Huashan tourism. In recent years, driven by the rapid development of tourism industry in Weinan City, produced a huge role in promoting the regional economic and social development Therefore, how to correctly predict the growth of tourism in Weinan and Huashan, and take reasonable and effective measures to adjust and optimize the structure of tourism products, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of regional tourism, has attracted the attention of researchers.
The life cycle theory is the basic theory to describe the tourism growth process, the dynamic changes of the structure of tourism products is the basic fact of resort development process. This paper takes Weinan city and Huashan scenic area as a case, based on the life cycle theory and the different stages of product structure evolution characteristics, using a combination of theoretical and empirical research. Through field investigation and data collection, research method of combining of qualitative analysis and quantitative judgment, analysis of Huashan and Weinan city tourism growth stage and the corresponding product structure.
The main research contents of this paper are two aspects:
One is to use the theory of the life cycle and the structure of tourism products, analyzed the life cycle of the tourist destination of Huashan scenic area, Huashan has been found in the exploration stage, the life cycle of tourism participation stage, stage of development, is currently in a consolidation phase. And research the existing problems of Huashan tourism product structure, puts forward countermeasures for optimizing the corresponding product structure. At present, Huashan tourism products the main features of product factor structure perfect, tourism spatial structure optimization, pay more and more attention. But because of the soft environment construction of tourism resource development is small, the capacity is small, the main area of accessibility is still poor and the destination competition factors that restrict the optimization of product structure in Huashan therefore, the product can be adjusted through restructuring and transformation.
The two is the tourism growth changes by using the theory of analysis of Weinan City, found that it is in a rapid growth phase of tourism, but there is a single product structure, low level, lack of overall planning and other issues, to solve these problems and puts forward some countermeasures to adjust the five aspects: Tourism product promotion to the higher level. Vigorously develop ecological sports and leisure, and special tourism products, and give full play to the role of regional integration of culture and tourism, promote the development of regional tourism integration properties. Then the quantitative analysis method to construct Weinan city tourism development trend prediction model, found that within the next 5-10 years in Weinan city tourism demand will have a larger growth space. Finally, try to analyze the relationship between Huashan and Weinan scenic city tourism brand development, the Huashan scenic area in Weinan city tourism industry plays a leading role, and promote The structural adjustment of tourism products in Weinan.
The main innovation of this paper is the comparative study of growth and development of regional tourism brand scenic spot, in order to find the relationship between the brand and the development of tourism scenic area development. Research linking Weinan city tourism development and growth analysis of Huashan scenic area, will provide a theoretical basis for the development of tourism in Huashan and Weinan city and the product development strategy, has a certain practical significance.
