重庆市云阳县旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调发展研究

【摘要】：作为一个资源主导型的旅游目的地,重庆市云阳县旅游产业的发展极大程度上依赖于其优越的生态环境,而良好的生态环境是促进云阳县旅游经济,乃至整个县域经济发展的重要前提。同时,云阳县地处三峡库区,生态环境较为脆弱,且易被破坏,使得云阳县旅游业对生态环境的影响程度更为巨大。因此,有关云阳县旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调发展是一个值得研究的问题。本文通过对国内外文献的梳理,发现国内学者对旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调发展做了大量研究,就研究尺度而言,多集中在省域或市域层面;就研究方法而言,多采用耦合评价方法或环境库兹涅兹曲线方法。基于此,本文从县域层面出发,联合运用两种方法,构建耦合协调度模型和环境库兹涅兹曲线拟合模型,以此丰富“旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调发展”的研究,并为重庆市云阳县旅游经济的发展和生态环境的建设提供实际参考。首先,本文对选题的研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、国内外研究综述、研究方法及研究内容进行了说明,并对相关概念和理论基础进行了概述,为后文研究提供依据和指导。其次,本文分析了研究区的旅游经济与生态环境相互影响关系,即云阳县旅游经济对生态环境的促进作用、云阳县旅游经济对生态环境的抑制作用、云阳县生态环境对旅游经济的支持作用和云阳县生态环境对旅游经济的约束作用。再次,本文构建了“云阳县旅游经济与生态环境”指标评价体系,共选取了30个指标,并通过熵值法确定权重;从而构建了“云阳县旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调度模型”,并计算出旅游经济单项指标效益及综合指标效益、生态环境单项指标效益及综合指标效益、综合发展指数、耦合度和耦合协调度等关键数值;最后对“云阳县旅游经济与生态环境”进行环境库兹涅茨曲线拟合。研究结果表明:(1)2005-2015年云阳县旅游经济总体呈上升发展趋势,包括低水平、稳步发展和迅速发展三个阶段;生态环境质量呈波动上升趋势,包括低水平上升、较高水平波动上升和高水平轻微扰动三个阶段。(2)云阳县旅游经济和生态环境耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,耦合协调等级经历了从中度失调向良好协调的转变,耦合协调类型由旅游经济滞后型向“旅游经济滞后型与生态环境滞后型交替变换”的转变。(3)云阳县旅游经济与生态环境EKC曲线拟合,显示为一条凸出的幂函数曲线,表现为生态环境质量水平随旅游经济发展而提高。生态环境质量水平处于倒U型曲线的上升部分,还未接近其下降拐点的位置点,但倒U型曲线的上升部分增幅趋近平缓,有接近倒U型拐点的可能。最后,提出推动云阳县旅游经济与生态环境协调发展水平向更高层次转变的对策:包括优化旅游+生态空间发展格局和加大旅游资源环境保护力度等综合对策,针对提高旅游经济发展水平和保护生态环境分别提出了构建旅游产品体系、调控旅游地生命周期、完善旅游公共服务体系和深化低碳环保理念、加大环保投资力度、搭建智慧环保平台等对策。
[Abstract]:As a resource-based tourism destination development greatly, the tourism industry in Yunyang County of Chongqing City, rely on its superior ecological environment and good ecological environment is to promote Yunyang county tourism economy, an important prerequisite for the whole county economic development. At the same time, Yunyang county is located in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, the ecological environment is fragile, and is easy to be destroyed, making Yunyang county tourism impact on the ecological environment is more and more serious. Therefore, the Yunyang County Tourism Economic and ecological environment coupling coordinated development is a problem worthy of study. This paper through the literature review, found that the domestic scholars have done a lot of research on tourism economy and ecological environment the coupling coordinated development of scale, more concentrated in the province or city level; as to the research method, the coupling evaluation method or environmental Cruz Nez curve based on this method. In this paper, starting from the county level, the combined use of two methods to construct the coupling coordination model and the environmental Cruz Nez curve fitting model, to enrich the study of tourism economy and ecological environment coupling coordinated development ", and provides practical reference for the development of the tourism economy in Yunyang County of Chongqing city and the ecological environment construction. Firstly, this paper studies on the background, research purpose, research significance, the domestic and foreign research review, research methods and research contents are described, and the related concepts and theoretical basis are summarized, for the research and provides the basis and guidance. Secondly, this paper analyzes the tourism economy and ecological environment in the study area of the relationship between them, i.e. Yunyang county tourism economy on the ecological environment to promote the role of inhibition of Yunyang county tourism economy on the ecological environment, support the ecological environment of Yunyang county and Yunyang County on Tourism Economy The constraint effect of ecological environment on the tourism economy. Thirdly, this paper constructs the "Yunyang county tourism economy and ecological environment evaluation index system, 30 indicators were selected, and the weight is determined by entropy method; in order to build a" coupling Yunyang county tourism economy and ecological environment coordination degree model, and calculate the individual tourism economy benefit index and comprehensive index of ecological benefit, environmental benefit and comprehensive benefit index of single index, comprehensive development index, coupling degree and coupling coordination degree in the key value; finally the environmental Kuznets curve fitting of the "Yunyang county tourism economy and ecological environment. The results show that: (1) 2005-2015 years of Yunyang county tourism economy is overall the rising trend of development, including low level, steady development and rapid development in three stages; a rising trend in the ecological quality of the environment, including low rise, high level fluctuations L and a high level of minor disturbances in three stages. (2) Yunyang County Tourism Economic and ecological environment coordination degree overall upward trend, the coordination level experienced from moderate disorders shift to good coordination, coordination types by the tourism economic lag model to a "lag type of tourism economy and ecological environment lag type alternation transform". (3) Yunyang County Tourism Economic and ecological environment EKC curve fitting, exponential curve shows a convex, manifested as the ecological environment quality level increased with the development of tourism economy. The level of ecological environmental quality in the rising part of the inverted U curve, position is not close to the inflection point. But the inverted U curve of the rising portion of the increase reaching nearly flat, inverted U inflection point. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures to promote the coordinated development level of Yunyang county tourism economy and ecological environment change to a higher level: The optimization of tourism spatial development pattern + ecology and tourism resources environmental protection comprehensive countermeasures, in order to improve the development level of tourism economy and ecological environment protection were put forward to build system of tourism products, tourism area life cycle control, improve the tourism public service system and deepen the concept of low-carbon environmental protection, increase investment in environmental protection efforts to build environmental wisdom the platform and so on.
