城市旅游综合体发展影响因素评价体系研究

【摘要】：城市旅游综合体(Urban Tourism Complex,简称UTC)是一种依托旅游资源或区位优势而形成的以旅游、休闲、娱乐功能为主导、以多元产业集群、综合休闲项目、高档服务配套设施为物质载体的综合业态形式。作为承载城市旅游功能的一种特定形式,其在城市旅游目的地中的作用和地位日益突出,是城市旅游要素集约化和产品综合化发展的重要支撑。所以总结UTC的发展条件与城市旅游发展互动关系的一般规律、建立UTC发展影响因素综合评价体系,对于推动区域内以旅游产业为主导的多产业融合创新和城市旅游目的地经济的可持续发展具有重要作用。由于UTC是一种多因素共同作用的微型旅游地域系统,其发展环境与社会、政治、经济、城市本身的发展紧密联系在一起,因此本文将从剖析影响UTC发展的地域空间要素和产业组织要素中的关键因素入手,尝试建立UTC发展影响因素的评价体系,为促进UTC与城市旅游发展互动提供借鉴。本研究从UTC作为典型的地理现象和经济现象入手,以其地域空间影响要素和产业组织影响要素为基础,构建了UTC发展影响因素初始评价指标体系,进一步运用专家打分法和熵权法对指标权重进行综合测算,得出各影响因子的权重值,建立UTC发展影响因素评价指标体系,然后选取15个副省级城市为研究对象,运用上述评价指标体系计算各城市UTC发展潜力排名并分析相应的主导因素。将评价结果与各城市建设发展UTC的现状进行对比,以判断该评价指标体系的可行性和评价结果的可信度。研究发现二者具有较强的一致性,说明本指标体系的构建具有较强的可靠性、准确性和合理性,具备评判UTC发展影响因素的可行性。本研究结果具有较好的应用价值。一方面,具体到某一城市中的微观选址,该指标体系的因子权重值的大小排序可以提供建设区域应该满足条件的优先性顺序；另一方面,在进行UTC的宏观区域选址时,可以计算各城市UTC发展潜力的综合得分值,进行综合排名和建设适宜性比较,得出最佳的宏观选址。
[Abstract]:Urban Tourism complex (UTC) is a comprehensive leisure project, which is based on tourism resources or location advantages, which is dominated by tourism, leisure and entertainment functions, and is based on multiple industrial clusters.High-grade service supporting facilities for the material carrier of the comprehensive form of business.As a special form of urban tourism, it plays an increasingly prominent role in urban tourism destinations and is an important support for the intensive development of urban tourism elements and the integration of products.So summarize the general law of the interactive relationship between the development conditions of UTC and the development of urban tourism, and establish a comprehensive evaluation system of the influencing factors of UTC development.It plays an important role in promoting regional multi-industry integration innovation and sustainable development of urban tourism destination economy.Because UTC is a kind of micro tourism region system with multiple factors, its development environment is closely related to the development of society, politics, economy and the city itself.Therefore, this paper tries to establish the evaluation system of the influencing factors of UTC development from the analysis of the regional spatial factors and the key factors of industrial organization factors, which will provide a reference for promoting the interaction between UTC and urban tourism development.Starting with UTC as a typical geographical phenomenon and economic phenomenon, based on the factors of regional spatial influence and industrial organization, the paper constructs the initial evaluation index system of UTC development influence factors.Further more, the expert scoring method and entropy weight method are used to estimate the index weight, and the weight value of each influence factor is obtained, and the evaluation index system of UTC development influencing factors is established. Then 15 deputy provincial cities are selected as the research objects.The evaluation index system is used to calculate the UTC development potential ranking of cities and to analyze the corresponding leading factors.In order to judge the feasibility of the evaluation index system and the reliability of the evaluation results, the evaluation results are compared with the present situation of the urban construction and development UTC.It is found that the two systems have strong consistency, which indicates that the construction of this index system has strong reliability, accuracy and rationality, and it is feasible to judge the influencing factors of UTC development.The results of this study have good application value.On the one hand, the order of factor weight value of the index system can provide the priority order that the construction area should satisfy the condition, on the other hand, when the macro region location of UTC is carried out,The comprehensive score value of UTC development potential of each city can be calculated, the comprehensive ranking and construction suitability comparison can be carried out, and the best macro location can be obtained.
