室韦乡乡村旅游开发研究

【摘要】：当前,随着国民生活水平的提高,旅游需求开始多样化。城市化带来的喧闹拥挤、雾霾、食品安全等问题促使生活在钢筋水泥森林里的城市居民开始向往归隐乡村,享受释放心灵的慢生活。自20世纪80年代始,在成都“农家乐”的兴起和北京民俗村的引领下,国内乡村旅游日臻完善。从2004年至今,中央一号文件连续14年聚焦三农,关注乡村旅游。乡村旅游因其在经济、产业、就业、环境、基础设施等方面的积极效应,已被国家作为解决“三农”问题、建设美丽乡村、实施新型城镇化、旅游精准扶贫等战略的重要抓手和核心力量。在乡村旅游需求旺盛和国家利好政策的机遇下,广大乡村顺势提升当地旅游设施环境、打造并整合旅游产品,使乡村旅游迅速风靡全国。本文通过对室韦俄罗斯民族乡(下称室韦乡)乡村旅游供给和旅游市场需求的实地调查,剖析当地乡村旅游在旅游设施、旅游产品、旅游经营模式、生态环境保护、政府规划与监管和旅游市场营销等方面存在发展的局限性,并有针对性的提出相应的解决策略,以期为室韦乡乡村旅游提供理论指导,实现室韦乡乡村旅游的科学、健康、快速和可持续发展。本文主要内容包括以下三个部分:第一部分:室韦乡乡村旅游的基础研究。该部分主要是第1章绪论,包括本文研究背景与意义、国内外乡村旅游研究现状、研究理论与方法以及研究内容与框架。第二部分:室韦乡乡村旅游供给与市场需求现状分析。该部分包括第2和第3章。第2章从乡村旅游资源环境、旅游资源赋存、旅游基础及配套服务设施三个方面对室韦乡乡村旅游供给现状梳理分析。第3章笔者通过实地发放问卷对室韦乡乡村旅游者的结构特征、消费行为特征、满意度进行调查统计分析,得出室韦乡乡村旅游市场需求现状。第三部分:室韦乡乡村旅游发展的局限性及发展策略。该部分包括第4和第5章。第4章在对前两章室韦乡乡村旅游供求现状分析的基础上,笔者从实际出发,剖析当地存在着旅游设施落后,旅游产品结构单一,旅游经营模式陈旧,旅游生态环境和“乡村性”遭到破坏,政府旅游规划和市场监管缺乏,旅游市场营销力度不足6个方面的问题。第5章基于调查结果,在借鉴国内外先进乡村旅游实践经验的基础上,提出发挥政府主导作用,丰富旅游产品结构,实施利益相关者共同经营模式,保护旅游生态环境和“乡村性”,打造旅游精品品牌强力营销以及实施跨区域旅游合作的发展策略。
[Abstract]:At present, with the improvement of the national standard of living, tourism demand began to diversify.The hustle and bustle of urbanization, haze, food safety and other problems have prompted urban residents living in reinforced concrete forests to yearn for homecoming and enjoy a slow life of releasing their hearts.Since 1980's, with the rise of "Nongjiayue" in Chengdu and the guidance of Beijing Folk Village, rural tourism in China is becoming more and more perfect.Since 2004, the first document of the Central Committee has focused on agriculture, rural areas and rural tourism for 14 consecutive years.Because of its positive effects on economy, industry, employment, environment, infrastructure and so on, rural tourism has been used by the state to solve the "three rural" problems, to build beautiful villages, and to implement a new type of urbanization.Tourism precision poverty reduction strategy such as an important grasp and core forces.Under the opportunity of exuberant demand for rural tourism and favorable policies of the country, the vast number of rural areas promote the environment of local tourism facilities, create and integrate tourism products, and make rural tourism become popular all over the country.Based on the field investigation of the rural tourism supply and tourism market demand in the Russian nationality Township of Zhe Wei, this paper analyzes the local rural tourism in tourism facilities, tourism products, tourism business model, ecological environment protection.Government planning and supervision, tourism marketing and other aspects of the limitations of development, and targeted to put forward the corresponding solutions, in order to provide theoretical guidance for rural tourism in the village, and to achieve the scientific and healthy nature of rural tourism.Rapid and sustainable development.The main content of this paper includes the following three parts: the first part: the basic research of rural tourism in Wuwei township.This part is the first chapter of the introduction, including the background and significance of this study, domestic and foreign rural tourism research status, research theory and methods, as well as research content and framework.The second part: rural tourism supply and market demand analysis.This part includes chapters 2 and 3.Chapter 2 analyzes the rural tourism supply from three aspects: rural tourism resource environment, tourism resource occurrence, tourism foundation and supporting service facilities.In the third chapter, the author makes a statistical analysis of the rural tourists' structure, consumption behavior and satisfaction through the field questionnaire, and concludes the current situation of rural tourism market demand.The third part: the limitation and development strategy of rural tourism development in Wuwei Township.This part includes chapters 4 and 5.In chapter 4, based on the analysis of the supply and demand of rural tourism in the first two chapters, the author analyzes that the local tourism facilities are backward, the structure of tourism products is single, and the mode of tourism management is obsolete.Tourism ecological environment and "rural nature" have been destroyed, government tourism planning and market supervision are lacking, and tourism marketing is insufficient in six aspects.Chapter 5 is based on the results of the investigation, on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign advanced rural tourism practice experience, this chapter proposes to give full play to the leading role of the government, to enrich the tourism product structure, and to implement the joint management model of stakeholders.To protect the ecological environment of tourism and "rural nature", to create tourism boutique brand strong marketing and implement cross-regional tourism cooperation development strategy.
