世遗地旅游公共服务基础设施的感知质量与感知价值的关系研究

【摘要】:旅游公共服务基础设施是旅游地为满足游客的公共需求而提供的基础性、公益性的旅游物质设施和各类基础服务要素,旅游公共服务基础设施的发展水平是旅游业升级发展的先导条件,也是旅游者顺利开展旅游活动的公共保障。对旅游公共服务基础设施感知质量和感知价值的关系进行深入研究,有利于改善世遗地城市旅游公共服务设施的建设方向和发展水平。本研究通过较为系统的文献梳理,阐述了世遗地城市旅游公共服务基础设施感知质量和感知价值的内涵,提出感知质量对感知价值作用的理论假设;通过问卷调查、多元统计分析方法,对世遗地旅游公共服务基础设施感知质量及感知价值的构成要素及二者之间的关系进行实证分析,并得到以下结论:(1)研究结合理论分析和因子分析,得出世遗地城市旅游公共服务基础设施感知质量由旅游信息服务设施、安全保障服务设施、旅游交通服务设施和便民惠民服务设施构成;世遗地城市旅游公共服务基础设施感知价值由旅游活动支撑价值、旅游质量增益价值、旅游形象优化价值和满意度提升价值构成。(2)研究发现案例地城市旅游公共服务基础设施感知质量总体较好,其中评价最高的是旅游交通服务设施,其次是旅游信息服务设施、便民惠民服务设施。通过方差分析发现,人口统计特征与旅游公共服务基础设施感知质量之间存在部分显著差异。(3)研究发现案例地城市旅游公共服务基础设施感知质量对感知价值具有显著正向影响。其中旅游交通服务设施和旅游信息服务设施对感知价值的影响最大,其次是便民惠民服务设施,而安全保障服务设施对感知价值不存在显著形象。(4)研究认为,世遗地城市在加强旅游交通和旅游信息服务设施建设的同时,应推出更多元化的旅游公益便民惠民产品和政策,同时在不断完善安全保障法规、标准、预案体系的同时,在旅游保险、旅游宣传教育等旅游者易感知的安全保障设施上加大投入力度。
[Abstract]:Tourism public service infrastructure is the basis of tourist destination to meet the public needs of tourists, public welfare tourism material facilities and all kinds of basic service elements,The development level of tourism public service infrastructure is the leading condition for tourism upgrading and development, and is also the public guarantee for tourists to carry out tourism activities smoothly.The research on the relationship between perceived quality and perceived value of tourism public service infrastructure is helpful to improve the construction direction and development level of tourism public service facilities.Based on the systematic literature, this study expounds the connotation of perceived quality and perceived value of urban tourism public service infrastructure, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis of the effect of perceived quality on perceived value.Based on the multivariate statistical analysis method, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the perceptual quality and perceived value of tourism public service infrastructure and the relationship between them, and obtains the following conclusions: 1) combining theoretical analysis and factor analysis.It is concluded that the perceived quality of urban tourism public service infrastructure consists of tourism information service facilities, security service facilities, tourism transportation service facilities and convenience service facilities.The perceived value of urban tourism public service infrastructure is supported by tourism activities, and tourism quality gains value.The study found that the perceived quality of urban tourism public service infrastructure in the case study was good, among which the highest evaluation was tourism transport service facilities, followed by tourism information service facilities.Facilities for the convenience of the people and the benefit of the people.The analysis of variance shows thatThere are some significant differences between demographic characteristics and perceived quality of tourism public service infrastructure. (3) the study shows that the perceived quality of urban tourism public service infrastructure has a significant positive impact on perceived value.Among them, tourism transportation service facilities and tourism information service facilities have the greatest impact on perceived value, followed by the convenience of the people service facilities, but security services have no significant image of perceived value.While strengthening the construction of tourism transportation and tourism information service facilities, cities in the world should introduce more diversified products and policies of tourism public welfare and convenience for the people, and at the same time continuously improve the safety protection laws, standards, and planning systems.Increase investment in tourism insurance, tourism publicity and education and other tourist perceived security facilities.
